Poseidon Villas

We recently came back from a 7 night visit and really enjoyed our stay in Room 105. The room was large, modern and clean which had an amazing terrace with private pool and sea view over the island. Being able to step out and relax in our private pool/terrace whilst admiring the view was really one of the best part of our holiday. Our room had all the mod cons including air con which was an added bonus. All the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable which made our stay even more pleasant. Special mention to Maria on front of desk for all her beach and sightseeing recommendations and George behind the bar. Breakfast was simple but well catered for, plus the cakes were amazing! Some more hot options would make breakfast even better. There was a coffee machine and kettle in the room which was really handy as well. The main pool was never busy so plenty of sun loungers available and the bar nearby was open all day which was handy for drinks and cocktails (plus food). The sun loungers looked really comfortable as were the ones on our terrace. The location of this hotel was perfect for us. Close enough to the town (about 10 mins walk) but also not right in the centre with all the crowds and bars and restaurants. This gave it an extremely chilled vibe and we were really able to relax here. Bus stop 4 was only down the hill which was so handy for the days when we explored the island. Yes there is a steep hill to get to the hotel, but it only gets really steep for a short distance so it really didn’t bother us. Overall we’d highly recommend staying here! Whether you want to stay somewhere where you can relax or use as a base to explore the island, Poseidon Villas will appeal to all and you really won’t be disappointed.

This was our first visit to Skiathos & the Poseidon Villas did not disappoint. We stayed on the ground floor and had our own balcony & pool with the most amazing view. The place was kept extremely clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast a must with a great choice to start the day. The bar & pool area very good with very comfortable sunbeds with towels provided. Food was lovely - especially the shrimp & strawberry salad! Location was 10/10 with a short walk to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to return. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at Poseidon Villas. We had a room with a private pool and most beautiful mesmerising views. Perfect for a sunset dip. Nicolas and Maria were both absolutely fantastic and made our stay and the steep hill worth walking. They offered us an umbrella for the beach, made restaurant reservations, sorted a car rental with perfect map marking and recommendations. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and the rainfall shower was perfect. The room was very clean, serviced daily with fresh towels for the pool. Skiathos Old Town and harbour is 10 minutes walk with plenty really good Greek restaurants and harbour. 5 minutes walk to the bus that takes you all the way to the beautiful Koukoanaries beach. Perfect holiday stay and highly recommended!
