We paid extra for a front Seaview room, it was worth every penny. Fabulous view, great location, bathroom with great shower, comfy bed, air con, kettle & crockery provided. All Reception staff except for one older lady were very helpful & friendly. On the downside, the small pool and only 12 sunbeds in the sun. These beds had towels on by 6-7am every day. Complained to Reception about it but they found it amusing! Any lazy pool days we wanted we walked to the Tennis Club a couple of mins away, 15€ for 2 beds, lovely big pool & cafe, problem is that after this season it is closing for good having been bought by lidl😪 Two more small gripes, there should be padded comfy seats on the patio not just hard chairs & small table. Also our cleaners started not coming in to clean until 4-6pm which is when you're wanting to shower etc. Mentioned it to Reception and from then on they came in mornings. All in all a lovely holiday, great location for town & plane spotting, nice staff and also the Jet2 rep was the same young man as last year. He was very helpful. Oh! just thought of something else, last year the hotel's mini bus provided free trips to other beaches on the island and their sister hotel the Skiathos Palace. Asked to book a place with the only grumpy receptionist "No! we don't do that any longer". Oh and the hotel's restaurant Carnayo in front of hotel is lovely if a little expensive. Linda
