This place is a diamond. Friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are basic but clean and very comfortable with everything you need (would be nice to have a kettle!! British like out tea!!) People have said it’s old fashioned? I would call it Retro (could market it as retro and up the prices !! The garden is added bonus with little pockets to sit in and leads straight onto own private jetty with sun loungers and steps leading down into lake to swim. Central (one minute and your in the centre but very quiet. Restaurant next door so you won’t go hungry. Free parking if needed. I like a bargain and this is definitely the bargain of the year. Would I come back ? Absolutely. Would I recommend friends? 100%

The 3 things this hotel has going for it is: - 1. Position - right on Lake Garda in the centre of the Old Town. 2. Cleanliness - the hotel & room we had were very clean & the bed comfortable. 3. Team - very helpful team members. That’s as far as it goes - the hotel is very dated & needs a serious upgrade. While we were there in April 2022 they provided your room & breakfast - nothing more (restaurants are plentiful right outside the entrance). The shower in our room was coffin like & the water pressure pitiful. The advertised in room air-conditioner couldn’t be used as they only make them available in June!? There is no laundry facility available. Be very careful if you take a vehicle in, other than the difficulty of manoeuvring through the crowds, they shut down vehicle access on certain days - we had been out for the day on our motorcycle & returned to be told to park it outside of the entranceway & walk to our hotel. I couldn’t bring it in until 7pm that evening.

The hotel was a last minute booking, the only room available in Sirmione center, the parking is useful, the hotel look and the rooms are really to much old, furniture are older like the building, the bathroom was revamped recently but is very cheap. This is not what normally is expected from a three star hotel.

Very good location in the heart of the old town of Sirmione The entire service staff as well as the reception staff are consistently friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of during the entire stay. The rooms are perfect to enjoy the beauty of this city for a while and still experience all the comforts (air conditioning, small fridge, balcony) in the cosy rooms. The furnishings are not the most up-to-date, but they are very well maintained and, above all, very well cared for. The rooms are always very clean and cleaned very precisely every day by the friendly staff. I can highly recommend the hotel for a couple's holiday and would come here again at any time.

Posizione ottimale. Camera pulita ma scomodo il letto matrimoniale fatto da due lettini singoli. Da migliorare sicuramente. Camera di dimensioni giuste. Colazione a buffet sufficiente. Parcheggio riservato. L'albero si trova proprio lungo il lago.

Ci siamo trovati bene e ci ritorneremmo. Se si cerca un hotel confortevole nel centro storico di Sirmione, con un parcheggio interno che non costringa a lasciare l'auto da un'altra parte e usare una navetta, e dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo... beh questa struttura rappresenta sicuramente una più che valida soluzione. Non è un edificio nuovo, ma è ben tenuto, le pulizie sono accurate, la colazione soddisfacente, e la gentilezza d'altri tempi dei proprietari impagabile. Ottima soluzione, dunque, per un fine settimana a Sirmione con passaggio alle terme, visto che la struttura è ubicata proprio accanto allo stabilimento Aquaria. Se però si cerca una soluzione diversa, per una permanenza più lunga e con maggiori confort, probabilmente non è l'hotel adatto.

Seconda volta in questo hotel e purtroppo credo anche l’ultima . Albergo stile retró , pulizia discreta , la consegna chiavi ore 14.30. Si potrebbe fare di meglio , colazione a buffet abbastanza buona . Arredamenti vecchi , letti scomodi . Si può migliorare dato il potenziale che ha la struttura, Proprio vista lago .

Ottima la posizione in centro storico e vicinissimo alle Terme con giardino in riva al lago ben curato e parcheggio privato. La nostra camera aveva un balconcino vista lago, molto apprezzato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Da consigliare

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana favoloso. La struttura è anni Sessanta ma ben tenuta e pulita. Eccellente la posizione in centro storico e vicinissimo alle Terme con giardino in riva al lago ben curato, parcheggio privato e piccolo pontile privato ottimo per prendere il sole. La nostra camera aveva un balconcino vista lago, molto apprezzato. Tranquillità e relax assicurati. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Da consigliare
