I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in an excellent location—just a short walk to the city center, public transport, and several tourist spots. The lobby is modern and welcoming, and the staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I appreciated the signature DoubleTree cookie at check-in—always a nice touch! The bed was very cozy, and I had a good night’s sleep each night. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom felt a little dated and the housekeeping service could have been more consistent. On one of the days, some of the toiletries were not replenished. Overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Brussels. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location right by the station. Breakfast was good and service level was very high. Love the water dispenser and microwave at every level. Rooms are a little dated though.

It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in europe. Complete with everything needed. Nice big room. With a variety of breakfast options. Recommended to all who's travelling to Brussels. Staff's are very kind and helpful 😊 Metro is nearby 2 mins walking distance only. And every attraction is walkable.

The room is spacious and quite new. Well equipped and has coffee machine. Soundproofing is good. The breakfast is excellent and have a vast variety of choices and they changed the menu slightly everyday. The location is good, very cross the street is already shopping district.

It was perfect for my dad and I to stay two nights. Enjoyed it. A great place with excellent service.

Additionally, finding public car parking was a breeze, as there's a multi-story car park directly opposite the hotel. The room we chose was impressively spacious, providing ample comfort for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, easy parking, and generous room size, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Brussels.

One of the best hotels I've been to. The service of the receptionists is the best there is, I give them a score of 10/10. The breakfast is excellent (it's a shame that there is no waffle maker on the premises. yes there were waffles that were prepared in advance) The downsides are that there is no coffee machine (not as small as the one in the room) free to serve the guests all the time. And that there is no milk in the fridge in the room. But the rooms are spacious and beautiful, The bed is comfortable and the cleanliness is good.

Great hotel. Breakfast was great. ESP for the kids. Ordered room service dinner. Was very surprised that the food was delivered to my room on the fifth floor without any covering. Other than that - stay was good

The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, which I greatly appreciated. However, I did find the pricing to be on the higher side. While the amenities and services are top-notch, the value for money could be improved. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.
