首先入住前有发电郵说明是慶祝生日，客服也有回覆我詢问入住資料，我也提供了所有booking no. 和生日者名字，但是入住後什麼生日小卡，小蛋糕也沒有，Check In的時候還問我訂的房是不是沒包括早餐，好彩我有列印booking voucher上面寫了是有包括早餐.
吃早餐要排隊，第一天排了差不多半個小時，入坐後點了份omelet等了三十分鐘也沒來，詢問服務員，再等二十分鐘，再問另一個服務員，中途他們是沒有回覆跟進如何，沒有sorry, 等了一個小時終於來了，直接放下走掉。第二天排隊比較快，十分鐘左右，點餐速度也正常。
房卡在電梯常常感應不到，插卡拔出了按不到樓層，每次也要試很多次才成功。
我覺得這次入住唯一好的地方是床很舒服，其他也是失望的，以這個價格，我下一次會選擇別的酒店比較好。

Friendly staff with prompt service who are willing to go the extra mile, from the butler service to the restaurant staff. All of them made us feel welcome. The package that comes with dining credits makes the stay even more worth it. Food was great too. Abit hard to get to hotel but still manageable. Will definitely go back again if have the chance.

Hotel room was big and services are up to expectations. The bathroom was especially big with bathtub, separate from the shower and toilet area. Bought the package with 3 course dinner and it was good. Breakfast was also great whereby we can choose up to 2 mains. Definitely going back if there are good deals in future.

Awesome experience! Services were great, Room was spacious and very clean. Received nice chocolate cake and balloons for my birthday celebration (thank you!). Went for their Afternoon tea set too. Breakfast was awesome too. Staff were attentive. Will definitely book again if there's any good deal.

Hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious. 24 hours butler service was a plus point. However, was a bit bummed that we have to pay extra (about $40 per pax) to access the jacuzzi, sauna and hot bath when it could have been included as part of price we have paid for the stay. Location was a little far off from any MRT stations. Had to take alot of bus trips and walk to the various bus stops.

location wise was ok a bit further if were to walk to town but there’s a lot of buses that goes for convenience!
hotel room was amazing. had a complimentary upgrade and the room was spacious and view was facing the botanical gardens which is ok.
purchased the one with dining credit & we ate at the restaurant, food was good but nothing special tho.
