Staycation with lefamilia from Friday 23 Dec to Monday 26 Dec 2022. Booked the superior room. 3 rooms. Mr Darryl served us at the reception counter we were given upgrade to premier room Deluxe King for one of the room which is my room. Another room is from Superior Room upgrade to Premium Room(My elder’s sister room and her family members). Last room is Superior Room upgrade to Twin Room ( My elder’s Brother room with no extra charges. We requested on late check out until 1 pm with no extra charges. Really appreciate my Darryl’s for his customer service by going extra mile in explaining to us with smiles and very friendly approach. We would to compliment for the good Customer Service. The hotel staffs and the chambermaids are all very friendly. They greeted us with a smile and great Customer Service.
We are glad as we were shocked and excited as we met Singapore Local footballers players Lions during our breakfast on Saturday 24 December 2022. All of the players, official and coaches were queuing up to take their food. The food and drinks are very delicious and many varieties of delicious food and drinks to choose from.
At 6pm on Saturday 24 December 2022,my family members to photos of the Singapore Legendary Nazri Nasir and Baihakki Khaizan and Fandi Ahmad’a Son Ilhan Fandi. We spoken to them and wishes them all the best for the AFF Suzuki Cup 2022 Singapore vs Myanmar Match.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay at Parkroyal on Beach road! It was my son’s birthday and the hotel staff gave us a small chocolate cake. Yummy!
Hotel was right across from Arab street. To get to the lobby you have to climb some stairs but luckily the staffs there is very helpful to help me carry my bags and stroller up upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was delicious too! The only down side is the weather cause it was raining and we didn’t get to swim during our stay, the view was amazing. Will definitely come back in future👍

After renovation hotel more nice than before has more flair. Checkin fast and Club rooms with comfortable bed. Bathroom is a little small but ok.
Club Lounge provide Drinks from 11am. Happy hour 6-8pm like before with very good service. Breakfast is in Ginger Restaurant 1st floor also new renovated and provide a lot different kind of cuisine.
Outdoor swimming pool everybody will like.

Our first time staying in this hotel and we love it. The location is quite good, 5mins away from Nicoll Highway CCL. Opposite is near Bugis Junction. Celebrate my son birthday and hotel prepared a small cake, nice gesture. The staff are very polite and nice. Breakfast is nice with many varieties. Pool and gym are clean. Will definitely stay again

Always worth the money to book the parkroyal club, free usage of the lounge freefree flow of food and drinks from 6pm-8pm
Wife brought me for a birthday getaway got free delicious cake! If other hotel, the cake given probably like left over and not fresh. Service by the lounge staff were all friendly, even though kids are not allowed in the lounge, we can still bring the food to our room! The gym, pool and the Ginger restaurant all tip top and satisfactory! We will visit here again for sure! Location very strategic with lots of eatery just across the road.

I booked a club lounge access staycation from trip.com. Upon checking in at the hotel, I was told that as I only indicated my name during the trip.com booking, so only one person could access the club lounge and breakfast for one. If I want extra pax to access club lounge, I need to top up $50++ per pax per day.
I searched my booking and showed the hotel staff that I had paid for breakfast for 2. I called the trip.com hotline to inform them about what happened. Trip.com said he would call me in 15 min.
15 min later, trip.com said 2 ppl could access the club lounge as their side had added another name. Happy ending, I thought so.
We (2 ppl) went to access the club lounge between 6-8pm then the hotel staff saw me and said "one person only". I was taken aback by such remark. I replied please check your system, 2 names were added. Then we were allowed to enter club lounge.
The next 2 days, when we went for breakfast, it was always indicated as for one pax. The hotel staff would have to call to check whether the package had breakfast for 2 pax.
The 2 room keys were faulty and I would have to go to counter to fix one of the room keys every day as I couldn't enter the room.

There are stairs to hotel lobby and might not be convenient for older people as I don’t see any slope to go up. Nice hotel lobby and nice food for breakfast. Even though I checked in on my birthday, the staff handling the check-in was not that attentive unlike other hotel i’ve been too. Comfortable bed & pillows.

Booked the club deluxe room during flash sales and got upgraded to premier club due to GHA titanium member status. Stay was comfortable though the electricity tripped during evening time and maintenance guy came to fix it after 20 mins. The club lounge access was good during cocktail 6 to 8pm
