Repeated Traveler for business trip! Love that the prices are kept affordable during the long term stay

After a year long for not staying in this hotel, its good to revisit again with the new branding and new name of the hotel. With the new management, the disposal amenity items are self collect at the Check-in counter area. The kettle looks advance in the room but its dirty, with lots of coffee stink at the disposal area. I believed this is not acceptable and reflect badly for the housekeeping team, and as a result, I did not use that to boil water, and prefer to have the packet water instead. The bedding is comfortable as before, having a nice rest and good recharge from the sleep. Overall experience is still ok except the cleanliness of the kettle is really not acceptable. Hope the management will take this seriously and look into the hygiene and cleanliness of the room.

Harga hotel terjangkau dan lokasinya sangat bagus. Ini adalah pilihan yang baik bagi mereka yang bepergian dengan ringan dan mengejar efektivitas biaya. Tidak disarankan jika Anda memiliki anak atau orang tua. Kamar hotel sangat kecil dan tidak ada tempat untuk menaruh banyak barang bawaan.

Nice and clean hotel

The hotel is good location but unlucky that they are on renovation on our trip time. We want to visit that bar too. However the shower and bed it's so good,We love it's.

Hotel location close to city area..

Kamarnya bagus, didekorasi dengan ***a retro. Penangkap mimpi di tempat tidur sangat ber***a Nanyang. Kecepatan WiFinya sangat cepat yang patut diacungi jempol, jauh melebihi kecepatan 4G Singtel. Sayang sekali restorannya sedang dalam renovasi dan saya tidak mencicipi sarapan prasmanannya. Pria tampan di meja depan berbicara bahasa Mandarin dengan baik dan dapat melakukan pra-otorisasi kartu kredit UnionPay miliknya. Bugis lokasinya bagus, tidak jauh dari Chinatown, Orchard Road, Merlion Park, dan Sands Hotel. Isolasi suara ruangan perlu ditingkatkan terutama kebisingan di pintu masuk koridor. Larangan mian di lantai bawah dan food court di seberangnya sama-sama bagus.

The location was great. Close walking distance to Bugis Street, Bugis Junction and many popular restaurants. Room was small but clean. However, the cleaning service isn't daily. The room gets cleaned after 3 nights of stay. Also there is no laundry room in hotel. You need to use a coin laundry outside (5 min walk). The staff at the reception desk were friendly.

The hotel was in a good location. The room size was quite small, good for younger people. The staff was friendly and helpful and helped us with an early check in. There are 24-hour restaurants just outside on the street and good connectivity via bus and MRT.
