Very accessible from the bus stop and metro stations. Room was small but huge bathroom which we liked. Overall it was very clean.

The room is in good size for short stays and provided everything you need. Modern design and very clean indeed. Would come back again!

We have 5 large suitcases, thus the room is really limited for our needs. We believe it is best suited for those with small suitcases. But the room is very clean with no smell and a unique layout. For a four-star hotel, we expect a few more amenities, however they only supply toothbrushes and no vanity kit or shower caps. Having saying that, we really enjoy the location. The MRT is about a 5-minute walk away, and there are various restaurants nearby. The staffs are approachable as well ☺️

Very modern, clean and fresh hotel. Rooms are a little small, with no chair, seat or desk so is unsuitable for a business user or if you need to sit properly to use a laptop. You can just about get two large suitcases to open at the same time. Providing you are aware of these points I still recommend it for the location in the Orchard Road shopping district and very near to the Ion shopping mall. All the malls have underground inter connecting walkways and Yotel is a few paces away. The bonus is if it is raining you never get wet with covered walkways into the malls or the MRT station which is very near by. The bed is extremely comfy and the shower has the most amazing view!!!

Staff were helpful. Amenities were ok. Location was very good. You are already at the middle of Orchard when you go out the building. Just a few minutes walk and you will be in Orchard Station...

The hotel experience was pleasant overall. The service stood out — staff were friendly, attentive, and professional from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping was consistent, and any requests (like extra towels or room items) were handled quickly and with a smile. The concierge or front desk was helpful with local recommendations and made the stay feel welcoming.

Not my first stay and I'll be back again. I'm a big fan of the groovy rooms and the clever layout which is perfect for a get-up-and-go traveler like me. The rooms are compact, but the 10th floor makes it great to hang out in the hotel outside your room. A full gym and a great little pool next to the restaurant are super. The restaurant there has drink specials every night to take some of the sting out of Singapore's high prices (what can I say, the economy is hot). The menu selection has tons of heart-healthy options that are really tasty at a reasonable price. And the staff are brilliant! The exceptional service under the leadership of Matthew and his team, especially Selvan (superstar!) and Sheen Ying and more not only made me want to hang out there to work and have most of my meals but also to host events there. They're always on their game, full of smiles and happy to chat when they have a moment. It's well worth getting to know them. Love it - I've already booked my next stay (for SuperAI).

Great location just some steps from the Orchard Road MRT. The room had a great view, was very clean and a modern interior. I will definitely come back. The attached photo shows the great view from the shower.
