Terletak di distrik pusat, dan sebagai hotel bintang lima, saya akan mengharapkan parkir disediakan. tapi tidak. sepanjang hari parkir akan dikenakan biaya $77 pada hari kerja. Jadi jika Anda mengemudi, Anda harus mencari tempat parkir lain yang lebih murah. Hotel ini sebersih hotel dapat. Layanan yang disediakan oleh meja depan sangat bagus. TLDR: Permintaan housekeeping jam 10 pagi, baru datang jam 7 malam (setelah menelepon beberapa kali lagi). Fasilitasnya sama dengan yang ada di hotel lain. jadi tidak ada keluhan karena saya hanya menggunakan kolam renang. Namun, fasilitas di dalam kamar buruk. Kabel HDMI rusak, ingin digunakan karena saluran TV terbatas. Jadi tidak ada HDMI, tidak ada hiburan dalam kamar. Dermaga iPhone di samping tempat tidur tidak berfungsi, jadi tidak ada suara musik di speaker. Ruangan itu akhirnya menjadi seperti apa adanya. makan, mandi, tidur. Ini hanya berdasarkan pengalaman saya menginap di kamar 4008. Sayang saya terlalu kesal untuk mengambil gambar di atas. Apakah saya menikmati masa tinggal saya? meh Apakah saya akan merekomendasikan orang lain untuk datang? Tentu saja tidak.

Business type room, nothing special. Best thing is location that we could go everywhere in 10-15 minutes.

My second stay in this hotel. Mrt station is just downstair so very convenient for tourists. Weekend will be very quiet and hardly any food nearby unless you walk or order in. Room was huge and have a nice view! Was surprised that Westin has not many paid channels on the TV. Maybe time to add in netfix. Pool has a lovely view and make sure you bring along your sunblock. Hotel breakfast has improved as compared to previous time. Any minus points? Well The two front desk ladies were a-bit cold during the check-in. No smile at all and was not that “willing” to issue me a parking coupon which ultimately my guy said he would pay for the parking. Thank goodness, i did not see them when i check out. Instead , its the same guy who checked me in the previous time! He still remembered me! Good memory! Thank you Mr Bobby Chan for your warm smile that made me feel welcome to book the hotel again!

Hotel room itself was fantastic - clean, spacious, beautiful, comfortable. Breakfast was amazing too, and special thanks to the staff Bryan Liow for his exceptional service! But the front desk staff were a little unpleasant to deal with. Also the room we booked said harbor / bay view but our room had literally no view (it faced another building and the pool) so that was quite disappointing.

Thought can see the NDP fireworks in the rooms but my wife n her friend were disappointed when couldn’t see at all from the hotel room nor the outdoor swimming pool even I have booked a room stated bay view deluxe king room

We like the breakfast, have many choices. The hotel is near the MRT, very convenient. The hotel doesn’t provide bottle water, but filtered water. if you have sensitive stomach, i suggest you to buy bottle water. Myself got a bit upset stomach.

very convenient location, with 2 mrt stations neaeby, and a bus station. Also 20min walking distance to Marina Bay / Chinatown.

Service was good. Place was clean with nice window views. Restaurant gave a panaromic view of the environment. I liked the complimentary aroma spray - unique touch from this hotel!

Exceptional service. Friendly staff. New and clean. Spacious room. Superb view!

View wasn’t the best from where I’m staying. Bathroom was directly facing the pool. In my opinion, they should have upgraded the room for us to keep going back for the experience. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Positives: - Lovely room decor and room layout - Even though my room faces the pool, still get sea views. So, lovely views - Smooth bed linens - Media panel - bedside wireless charger, clock, Bluetooth speaker - spacious toilet with separate shower and toilet cubicle - impressive standalone Kaldewei bathtub - Super comfortable bath robes - Impressive range of channels on tv Negatives - Bed and pillows a tad too soft for my liking - 43 inch tv could be bigger - no Chromecast - no electronic curtains - lack of bedside usb charging option - lifts do not have direct access to ground floor. Need to change lifts at 32nd floor lobby. May be troublesome for some

Serves its purpose for my business trip. Good service and amenities. Will come back again

Second time at Westin and managed to get a better room this time. There were some food scraps and stains around in the room but generally it was a good and comfortable stay. Really like the bathtub here, one of the best ones you can find in sg hotels I believe. The pool view was pretty nice too. You could see MBS and the office buildings around. Buffet breakfast selection was not bad. There was a live omelette station which we enjoyed. Will definitely return again!

Very beautiful and luxurious hotel, extremely impressed with the view from above. Great for couples and families :). Will visit again~
