Our flight delay ,so we wanted to late check out Mr Barak from reception inform to his Residence manager Ace that we need a late check out . The Residence manager gave us late check out until 6 pm . My 10 months at the residence have been just amazing. The kindness of the staff is something that I’ve never experienced. Their courtesy is just beyond any possible expectations and there is no problem they cannot figure out for you. Every person who works there deserves a special mention. Being that list too long, I just want to send my regards to Barak at the reception desk, who has been not only an excellent professional on his job, but also a friendly and fun person to have a chat with during my coffee time.

A fabulous stay at one of the most fabulous location of singapore. As there motto states we truly lived like a local albeit wit a bit more pampering. Property had all the necessary facilities one would need. Thank you Far East Hospitality team.

Staff were brilliant, especially Barak! Friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms were clean and perfect for what we needed as we prepared to leave Singapore. Close to restaurants and transport links and much quieter than we expected. Would definitely return.
