設施：泳池健身房一應俱全。二樓平台可以露天烤肉，但是要自備食材並且需要預約。 衞生：比較老舊的公寓，能看出來有一定年頭了。 環境：樓下就是羅伯森碼頭還有酒吧街，距離克拉碼頭步行約10分鐘，距離最近的珍寶海鮮步行僅需要5分鐘，順便一提克拉碼頭有一家fair price,需要購買日常用品可以去這裏。 服務：第一天到如果定的是河邊的房間，前台會帶你過去並且幫你拿行李。 除此之外！我必須一提的是我剛到這裏的第一天窗户都是上鎖的情況下我需要讓前台去給我拿鑰匙開窗，他問了我一句今天還是明天開，我説現在就給打開，他一下臉就黑了。我一直説謝謝他不理我轉身就走。

臨時住了六天，價格比較滿意，配套設施會差一些，早餐很一般，房間還是較大的，至少在這個位置還很有性價比

房間特別好，有門廳飯廳廚房洗衣房，出門吃東西也很方便，泳池特別方便！陽台可以直接看到河，晚上散步也很好！特別適合全家人一起，洗衣服烘乾，比酒店方便太多了

這是家酒店式公寓，優點和缺點非常明顯。先説優點，克拉克碼頭附近非常方便安靜，福康寧和河邊都很適合走走，附近吃飯的地方也非常多，房間公寓多間房設施配的很齊，比如餐具洗衣機乾衣機，適合一家出行。缺點也很明顯酒店非常環保，幾乎不補抽紙，也不換床單，設施已經比較陳舊了，周2-4-6才有人打掃衞生，如果不約車很難打車，可以接受的話還是很值得再住的酒店。

My 10 months at the residence have been just amazing. The kindness of the staff is something that I’ve never experienced. Their courtesy is just beyond any possible expectations and there is no problem they cannot figure out for you. Every person who works there deserves a special mention. Being that list too long, I just want to send my regards to Barak at the reception desk, who has been not only an excellent professional on his job, but also a friendly and fun person to have a chat with during my coffee time.

My wife and I attended the Chinese New Year Treats Lobby Event. We really enjoyed the experience and are very impressed with the dedication of the the staff supporting the event. All of the treats served were delicious and we really appreciated learning more about the celebration. Thank you so much !

The staff have all been excellent, especially our cleaner (Lily) given we have active young children. Rooms have everything you need such as bed, desk, cupboards etc. The ceiling is approx 3m high and windows are large enough to let in ample natural light. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your own meals. It even includes a rice cooker. They only drawback is the building is a little dated and that our unit was very close to a plant of sorts located on the rooftop of another building. The noises and vibration generated could sometimes be very loud and uncomfortable to the ear. Thankfully, it was only occasional. Had we been out earlier (before 8) most mornings, it might not be such an issue.

We had a wonderful stay in the Village Residence Robertson Quay, which I can highly recommend to fellow travelers. The apartment was stratetically located, very spacious and comfortable, ultra clean, and everything that anyone would need (including washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc.). The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Mr Deon and Mr Maatin, the most friendly reception staff I have ever met. I can only recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Singapore for a short or long stay...

We stayed here for a week. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and convenient for a longer stay. Spick and span interior, well furnished. Kitchen and washer/dryer were very handy though we didn't make much use of the kitchen. Staff very polite and helpful. The balcony overlooking the river was very nice to have. The location is excellent, quiet spot by the river but enough shops and restaurants nearby. Ideal spot for a morning walk along the river. Only two minor suggestions for improvement (1) some ventilation in the bathrooms would be nice (2) some more wall outlets and maybe a couple of power adapters for foreign visitors. Nevertheless, we had a very comfortable stay and would happily stay here again.

Great staff! Deon and team were very friendly which made my stay very pleasant. I was in singapore for business and needed a place that was well located, reasonably priced and had large enough units for me to work out if. This was great for this purpose

Our family had one of the best adventures of our lives when we stayed at VRRQ from August - October 2024. We were renovating our house and were anxious that it would be tough staying out. We couldn't have imagined the warm and caring hospitality provided by Ace Tan (Area Ops Manager) and her extraordinary team (Keith, Shoufi, Deon, Barak, Matiin, Reuben, Rahman, Amit, Li Li, Suk Ing, Jack, Ah Tong, Andy, Vengard, Venu, Norsiah, Sri, Roshaan, Bakhtiar, Han, Sahril, Cynthia, and Ek Heng). They were exceptionally attentive and responsive. Their authentic warmth generated new friendships for us. Living by the Singapore River at Robertson Quay was already a treat but it became a luxury because of the beautiful human touch by the VRRQ team. If you are looking for a serviced apartment, be sure to consider this home away from home. Make it your adventure too. 😄
