Sometime can be improve like door lock no technology & interior very dirty

Поездка на 4 ночи. Нам достался номер "с окном". Открыть его нельзя. Было в меру чисто. Уборка проводилась каждый день. Кофе и чай было только по 1 пакетику в первый день, более не давали. Каждый день по 1 бутылки воды на человека. Чайник есть в номере. Холодильника нет. Тв небольшой, по нему есть телевидение. Мало розеток и их нет рядом с тв. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Есть лифт. Рядом с отелем есть 7/11, метро, автобусы. Также бары и кафе (их мы не успели оценить). Ожидал худшего. Рекомендую бюджетным туристам, кто не притязателен и в отеле в основном спит.

Hotel had a great location, but the actual room was ok. Definitely worth the price though.

บริการดี ทำเลดี เดินทางสะดวก ของกินหาง่าย ห่างจากMaxwell กับchainatown complex และถนนคนเดินchainatown ติดแค่ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ได้ยินทุกอย่างที่ห้องข้างพูดคุย ถ้าคนนอนยากจะลำบากหน่อย ห้องขนาดเล็กกระทัดรัด ที่่นอนปานกลางค่อนข้างกระด้างนิดหน่อย แต่โดยรวมถือว่าดีนะ ประทับใจอยู่ ถ้าเทียบกับราคาในระแวกข้างเคียง

Very good location with many local restaurants and bars nearby, suitable for a good evening out and not have to worry about getting a taxi.

I had a bad experience with Hotel 81 Cozy on Dec 21 and 22. 2023 I booked 2 nights for a deluxe room with a window.(Paid extra) However, when I arrived the reception gave me a smaller one with no window. I went down and showed her my reservation. She told me the room that I ordered was not ready ( It was almost 6 pm ). After 5 minutes I got a room that I ordered but the air conditioner was not working properly. The next evening, as the room was so warm, I went down and requested a room change, I was changed to a room with no window and smelly. Anyway, my whole stay in Singapore was wonderful minus the unsatisfied experience with Hotel 81 Cozy.

房間還不算小，被單就太差了，一晚上分了家，服務還比較好，小事情都能解決。 設施老了一點，衞生一般般，拖鞋沒有，但出遊類型也是重要的，特別是自由行的更加重要❗️

The vessinity was good . it was clean and the hotel host was very helpful.

It was an amazing three days in Singapore, and many thanks to the staff of this cozy hotel who provided us with the best room. It was our favorite roof with a stunning view of the city. Being in the city center, we did not hear the noise of the city. Very clean around, no one bothers and very close to the metro, for those who came to get acquainted with the city - this is the perfect place!
