Good customer service.. love the cleanliness and attitude of the staff. However, it will be good that the hotel provide complimentary parking.

Hotel breakfast buffet could be re order unlimitedly.
Requested for early check in and late check out but it wasn’t granted. Had a lovely stay for my birthday tho

Thanks for the free upgrade to club room. Room was spacious, the light switches were well labelled. We got 22nd floor with a view of the club pool. Would be good if the room temperature doesn't fluctuate too much (e.g. we set 23 degrees but room temperature went up to 24 degrees)

First stay at the stylish Oasia Hotel that is conveniently next to Tanjong Pagar MRT Station, and surrounded by food and supermarket options. Got a complimentary upgrade to club room, a pleasant surprise. Staff are polite and pleasant. Hotel (& room) are well maintained and comfortable. Partially due to Covid restrictions, lift capacity is limited and it may be a challenge getting about the hotel floors/facilities if it is crowded. Good experience stay. Thank you!

Was upgraded to club room and the staff prepared a sweet surprise for our anniversary, which I did not expect. Thanks a lot! Gym was great as you have to pre book it, but you get the entire space to yourself. The hotel could open more treadmills since it's a private booking. A qualm is that cause we were upgraded to club room, we were not able to use the infinity pool, which honestly was a huge disappointment. I feel that the hotel could exercise some flexibility here as we don't see the pool being used much (we can see the pool directly from our room), aside from peak hours in the evening. There are plenty of areas to lounge in the hotel. Also, plenty of food options around the area so it was a very enjoyable stay, other than the pool situation. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

upon checking in, we noticed how grandeur the hotel is! staffs were polite and friendly, extended a smile when they walk by. we checked in on 21st Aug, Saturday, which was also the day where there’d be National Day Parade. Took some time to get to the receptionist as there were a flock of people waiting. Understand that they were busy. Staff was so nice to give us a late check out - 2pm. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast lounge was beautiful. We had a great time and we loved it here! Thanks, Oasia!
