We are warmly greeted and welcomed by the hotel staff upon arrival. It was a pleasant and lovely stay for both my mum & myself during these 3 days & 2 nights stay in Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel. We enjoyed ourselves very much. But we wished that the breakfast would have more spread as we are a bit disappointed on the buffet breakfast. But overall, everything is fine. Wished that there is a jucuzzi and sauna/steam bath available in the near future.

It was amazing stay at this place, Bus stop is nearby and very friendly and attentive staff. I was having my during my stay and they kept really beautiful and delicious cake 🎂 inside of my room.
Overall its great place to stay in Katong area.

An average 4 star hotel. Service is average too. Aircon cannot adjust temperature, a bit warm at night with blanket but cannot adjust. Toilet seat a bit faulty. Location is quite good as there are eateries nearby and near 2 malls. Kettle n 2 bottles of complimentary water provided.

The hotel stay was good. The hotel was connected to Roxy Square. There was no problem finding food because it was near to a lot of shopping malls. (Parkway Parade, i12 Katong, Odeon Katong.) so we did not try the breakfast. Overall, the stay was great! The reception gave us extra bed made us feel we welcome. The housekeeper at level 8 was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and smell nice. Bathtub was clean and no stain. Wifi (no need password) was good to work.

Very clean room. Room and hallways look slightly dated but it was still nice and clean! Housekeepers were friendly as well, they would greet us and make friendly conversations whenever we see them in the hallways. Helpful front desk staff as well. It was a lovely stay, however location was a little inconvenient but i would say it is worth a stay.

On arrival, was given to 2 connecting rooms at L15 as booked. One of the bedroom is filled with strong pungent drainage smell when stepped in. Was reassigned to another 2 bedrooms facing the opposite. However, the rubbish was not cleared in one of the toilet. I have extra plastic bag to throw the waste so I did not bother to call the housekeeper. I mentioned this is my wedding anniversary celebration, there is no surprise as promised a small cake will be prepared for my request. I am actually quite disappointed with the 3D2N staycation as compared the services 10yrs ago.
