Not the best experience and certainly not 5* hotel. Flies in the smaller room for the buffet around the fruit, the room itself smelt musky and missing tiles from the swimming pool and only wet/ dirty tops for the sun loungers - Had a very run down feel to it. Asked reception to book a tuktuk and was charged 5x what it was on PickMe app. I also asked for a late check out which they said yes to and then phoned the room an hour later asking me to check out in 15 mins. I had a massage which was lovely, it had a nice treatment area.

酒店位置比較偏僻，離獅子巖約9公里。房間設施比較老舊，期望不要太高。附近沒有便利店和餐廳，建議提前在市區買好零食和日用品，早餐和晚餐要看入住人數安排是否自助，酒店入住人數少的話安排套餐。酒店內小動物很多，比較原生態。

酒店的位置比較偏僻，但裏面像莊園一樣。客房是類似於平層別墅的一張大床加一小床的房間，可以住三個成年人。房間衞生不錯，馬桶旁地漏容易積水。大床的床墊軟硬適中，落地門窗面向園內，景觀一流。雖然沒看到猴子來拍門，但各種鶯啼鳥囀不絕於耳，生態自然環境保護得很好👍早餐品種豐富，不只是咖喱食物，還有不少培根燕麥類的，還有西瓜木瓜等熱帶水果。比較滿意的一次住宿

都很好，就是叢林蟲子咬的厲害

地理位置很方便，房間挺大的，很適合家庭旅遊度假，值得推薦！

酒店太原生態了，房間裏還能看到青蛙，如果怕蟲蟲的一定要慎重，反正我是有點怕怕的，位置也比較深了，周邊沒有吃飯的地方，衹能酒店自助餐

酒店服務非常好！餐廳美食也多！還有野生的猴子和孔雀等小動物！ 不足之處就是WiFi信號有點不穩定。

Relaxed, open plan layout with inviting spaces, perfect for sipping an Arak cocktail. Expansive pool suits lap swimmers or gentle wading. Hotel staff were exceptional, responsive and thoughtful with small details like always assisting in pulling in the heavy dining room chairs. Acoustic guitar singer provided great ambiance at meals, just the right volume. Authentic local cuisine, we were treated to a cooking demonstration which was interactive and informative. Easy access to the many wildlife viewing and stunning temple sites. Definitely recommend, makes a nice change from the chain hotels.

We were in holiday with our parents who are living in Sri Lanka. Place is very nice with a nice pool. Nicely design rooms. And rooms conditions are good too. Had a very worst experience ever in Sri Lankan hotel. We were with our family. We got a very good welcome with a flower and some rooms were upgraded too. At the dinner service was very very poor, 20-minutes to bring a spoon and waiters didn't bother at all for Sri Lankans. We noticed they were using bad words while we went to wash our hands. We asked one of waiter to call the restaurant manager, but after sometime he came and said he is busy and will be back but never. One gentleman was having a drink at the bar and we asked from one staff about him & they said he is their resident manager. We asked one waitress to call him, but she said he is busy at that time and never come. staff doesn't bother to give us water even, We have to asked all the time. And around 9.15pm one waiter came and asked us to take whatever the things we want because they have to remove the buffet soon. We didn't have words to talk. i was very embarrassed with my family. At the B'fast we didn't want to have much time but the service was same. When we are about to check out front manager was asking about our stay, I have told him everything. He was listening & apologize. He told me that he is going to talk to their higher management but I m wandering he is also from the same manager's gang. Anyway I never recommend this place to Sri Lankan whatever the discount they give until they upgrade their standard. I never complained to a hotel on social media but This is a very very nice place with a nice pool, room and environment. So if any of the owner or a director read this, please pay your attention. We had a friendly check out while we are leaving from the hotel (Staff came close to our vehicles and say bye - My 5year son still talking about it). I red some previous comments that some bad comments seems to be true though they said false. Seems the management are playing with this too. I wish if any of the Directors or Owner will see this or anyone who known to them will tell about these things.

Comfortable and relaxing hotel to return to after a busy day exploring. The chef s cooking demonstration was really good. Special thanks to Sanjana Kaveeshani who brightened up our day with her sunny smile and was excellent at making sure each meal was a pleasure

A beautiful place in the middle of nature. Tranquility at is best! Being back again for the 4th time in 2 years makes me realize that I made the right choice to come back. All the staff is great and very helpful. Dimasha is a wonderful host. She welcomes you every day with a big smile and let you feel welcome.

Nice relaxed village atmosphere, with monkeys playing around on the grounds. Great food and service.Thanks to the Executive Chef and team the food was delicious both Sri Lankan and European. Waitstaff are very attentive, a big mention Kavinda, housekeeping staff very obliging and reception staff answered all of our questions. The trip to Lion Rock was well worth the energy and effort, burn up some of those extra holiday calories. The Elephant Safari to Kaudulla Reservoir was just fantastic, so many elephants.

Had a lovely time here. Close to fabulous attractions the hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Staff were very warm , friendly and helpful and the resort itself was beautiful. Food was also a high point- plenty of options and all delicious. Special thanks to our adopted waitstaff Sanjana who is the very definition of service with a smile. Thoroughly recommend.

Our stay at Sigirya Jungles Hotel was so relaxing especially after a day exploring Anuradhapura then climbing Sigirya Rock and a visit to Poloonnaruwa - all within close range of the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and it was well worth it. We were welcomed by staff and the Front Manager, Marc with a drink and cool hand towels. We met by the Manager and Chef who made some amazing curries. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bathrooms were set in a natural environment with a tree or trees built within windows for your viewing whilst you shower. We welcomed our friendly visitors such as a beetle and frogs as we knew we were in jungle region and were fully expecting and hoping to experience this. Some reviews I have read were quite upset by these friendly visitors but I think if you are heading into this kind of countryside you should expect these things. The waiting staff were so helpful and friendly and full of smiles especially at breakfast. We were sad to leave this hotel and it was one of our favourites on our 15 day tour.
