Ulasan Axel Hotel Berlin-Adults Only

Had a good time, low season so not much happening in the hotel if you were interested in having some drinks at the bar. We tried breakfast, good choice and amount for the price. Jacuzzi was nice , the gym had enough machines to workout the minimum. All staff was nice and polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend .

Staff Clara and other 2 ladies were so friendly. Room was clean and so comfortable to have a good night rest. The hotel is near to the train station too. Nearby shops are available for daily need.

Loved the hotel, location is perfect in the *** area, the staff was super nice and sweet! The room is cool, bathroom could use some better products, the soap bar feels super cheap and so does the shampoo and conditioner. The red bathroom wall is very nice and gives a vibe to the shower.

During a stay I found that hotel has a huge problem with hot water, very frequent was only cold water. Windows are not isolages and you lissen from outside all also wind a cold from outside, heating is only via climatisation.

Everything is ok.

Location was exellent for our purposes, but the hotel was a little damp, maybe check for leakage. People were friendly

the question is: WHERE IS THE MANAGER OF THIS HOTEL? I am completely disappointed, especially due to the fact Axel is a great brand in Spain. No hot water in the shower, no bar, no bathrobe in the room, dodgy people from outside 'chilling' in Jacuzzi on Sunday morning which was meant to be for guests only... Absolutely disgusting. Saunas are working based on someones mood, jacuzzi is not jacuzzi, it's just a bath tube with hot water in it. No one cares over there, even leaflets around reception are 6 months old and plants outside main door dying... Very overpriced hotel with no quality whatsoever. Sad picture

The location is excellent. Kadewe Shopping Center is just across the road. It has everything you want to buy. It is suitable for solo travelers, but not for families.
