We are comeing from Azerbaijan… Hotel was super also food and alcohols and room. But animation team always interesting with us cause Asli in the hotel. She is really so good and professional. We ll come again for her . The beach was good see u soon guys thank u for everything ❤️❤️

I Like The Night Shows, everyday Differents life musics, many activities, programms. The Food is amazing here. I would Like to come again because i also like the Structure of the Hotel. I want to thank all the Entertainment Team because they accept us Good and are very friendly

I don’t know who is leaving 5* reviews for this hotel but they must be getting paid. We arrived on the 26th of May to a building site. Promised 9 pools…only 1.5 were open. Promised 12 bars and restaurants, only 1 open. All the photos on “On the Beaches” website for this hotel are fake. We had to find alternative accommodation otherwise we would have actually gone home. The place is not fit for guests. The pools were either green, or empty. During the only meal service we were there for there was what I can only image to be an angle grinder going off in the background. DO NOT BOOK

We've visited the resort in late May, just around the time they opened for the year. The environment is really nice, the place is very esthetic, with an amazing view of the sea. The services overall are amazing, servers are gentle and very attentive, the cleaning team is always doing a great job at cleaning the rooms and adjacent areas. The food is food and there is a variety in courses and options, everything is fresh and really tasty. The best part of the resort is the animation team, the group is amazing and it makes you feel like you are among friends. They have a wide variety of activities, there isn't a dull moment with them. During the day are playing games and keeping company to the guests, during the night the create the best party atmosphere and the make every guest feel included and appreciated. I recommend this hotel for everyone that wants to have a relaxed and fun vacation. Bonus for the Side area is the historical city rich of history and ethic shops.

This hotel was everything we was expecting and more, the staff, food and hotel in general was amazing, We had absolutely no problems with the hotel apart from the fact it was full of Germans and Russians and you have to get up early to reserve a sun bed or they will be gone The food is soo good and thats no exaggeration, I’ve been to turkey before and when i saw the reviews i thought yeah ok the food should be ok but seriously every day i never had a problem trying to find food to eat at the hotel, so much soo we never went out for food at there was no need too. If you are looking to go out please make sure you walk to your left out of the hotel and up the hill and walk further down as the further you go down the cheaper it gets, the prices otherwise are astronomical for drinks and food, we never found this out till our last night 🙈 and stay away from the bars on the beach if you don’t want to be ripped off, a local gin and tonic cost £10 we was gobsmacked The staff at the hotel i could not fault they work tirelessly and i never saw a frown on one of them, they are ever so friendly albeit the english is a little broken but they try there best and that made it for us, always smiling and couldn't do enough for us All in all if your looking for a great hotel with great food and friendly staff i would highly recommend this place for sure

Big resort, clean hotel staff nice and good activity .Animation tem was good. Hot whether,beautiful ,long beach.Thank you for having as thank you animation team. Animation evening programs were very nice different shows every day and thank you animation Thank you Habibe

Arrived late in the evening and we didn’t get the room we paid for so they gave us a swim up room , when we woke up in the morning there was no water in the pool 😡so they moved us again . Once we had settled in we sat around the main pool every day and was greeted with open arms from all of the animation team (5 star animation team)we went for a quiet holiday but ended up doing every activity there was due to the animation team getting us involved, I would like to mention and thank Ece Duman and Caeser for everything they did for us they were like our family while we were there(❤️💙) and looked after us when we went out in the evening to the late night clubs. Ece and Caesar even met us in reception to say goodbye which we thought was very nice , 10/10 for you guys. We would return even if it was just to see the animation team⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just got home from a great 11 days at this hotel with my family, yes the hotel is still under renovation and clear in places where still needs work for example (no steps in pool below activity pool, standing stagnant water around same pool due to drainage issue) room in family block was good plenty of room and clean (could do with repaint) .. my sons holiday was made by the welcoming of Esra and Akylei from the children’s club, even tho there was a slight language barrier they included him in everything they did and made his holiday Thankyou
