This hotel listed as 4 stars is far from that, therefore the price does not match with what it has to offer. The breakfast is average. The parking is on the street and goes by luck if you can find an unoccupied slot from the ones reserved for the hotel. In the room there is nothing you would expect from a four star hotel - no toiletries, the hair drier runs for maximum 1 minute then shuts off, no coffee available and the tea kettle was not clean. We would not recommend.

This hotel is very good, with an elevator, good breakfast, clean and tidy rooms. There is a parking space, and it is free. It is 1200 meters walk to the old city center. The hotel service is also very good.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the ancient city, with rich breakfast varieties. It is an old hotel with a bit old facilities, but the service is good, it is clean and sanitary, and the price is reasonable.

Our room was quiet on 6th floor and have very nice views. Very nice breakfast selection and top floor dining with more views. Walkable to the city center. We had a large group staying here and the staff was very organized and prepared for us. They were friendly helpful and accommodating.

Clean, well appointed rooms with a staff focused on customer care. Pleasant dining room that offers breakfast and lunch menus of well prepared meals. At the time of my visit the a/c was not operating at the time of my stay and the 77 degree Fahrenheit room temperature was very uncomfortable.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Yells at customers when requesting coffee. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There are several nice hotels in this city…you should pick one of those. I am a pleasant person but I don’t take being yelled at by the staff as being okay. Stay away from this one.

I had an unpleasant experience in this hotel. unfortunately, in both evenings of accommodation, we could not rest because of some private parties in the hotel restaurant. The noise was very loud, and the hotel staff treated this problem with total indifference. all other pluses are canceled by the noise.

Overall excellent experience ruined by contracted horrible laundry service! Clothing was not ready when promised, poorly washed -- light clothes darkened from mixed wash, clothes were returned folded/damp & the reception staff supporting the contractor's stories -- my clothes were promised the evening before, when they were not returned the next morning, reception staff said the contractor was on the way -- 20 minutes later, they told me the contractor was ironing my clothes & will be here in 10 minutes, all lies! The Golden Tulip Ana Tower's needs a reputable laundry service or discontinue it!

An old hotel that has no balconies, you only smoke outside, the rooms smell of sewers and it's extremely cold, bad food with adverse effects on the stomach (stomach ache, nausea, vomiting). I do not recommend at all!

Room was dirty at arrival, reception lady wasn’t welcoming at all, gave us wrong information about the rooms and wrong cards. We felt unwelcome and when got into the rooms we were surprised to see dirty stained sheets, hairs, dirty cabinets and closet and sticky desk. No parking lot, no bellboy or help services.

Nice hotel with big rooms well organised, friendly and nice staff. 15 - 20 minutes walking at slow pace to city center ( old Town). Good breakfast with great panoarmic wiew from 11 th floor, nothing extraordinary but well stuffed. I have the dinner once late in the night, and was ok, well prepared food and good drinks.

The Golden Tulip is located in such a way that the city center can be reached on foot. It is visible from far away. The breakfast restaurant on the top floor with a view over the whole city is a particular highlight. The rooms and bathrooms meet European standards. Air conditioning is included.
