Our holidaying at Zhangjiajie was memorable not just because of the most astounding natural beauty of the place but also because of one of the most memorable experiences at the hotel we stayed in: ‘Harmona Resort and Spa’. The warm and friendly staff here created a very welcoming atmosphere.  We experienced excellent customer service with friendly and approachable attitude displayed by every member of the staff. They had the ability  to anticipate needs of guests and respond promptly. Though we did not know Mandarin, we never felt isolated because of the extra length the staff went to translate using technology.  The staff also handled specific requests quickly and were excellent in resolving issues. We had problem with our electrical plugs and adapters. Cherry from the Front Desk patiently spent hours and found a solution that allowed us to charge all our electronics on the local system.   The staff particularly at the restaurants displayed cultural awareness and showed sensitivity  to our vegetarian meal requests.  Special mention must be made of Front Desk Staff particularly Cherry who positively responded instantaneously to any of our requests.     Housekeeping Staff also responded immediately to our request for sorting out the WiFi issue.     I and my wife would like to specially thank Hq Du, an extremely pleasant and helpful lady at the restaurant where we had our daily breakfast. Donghua and Fang ant this place  also went out of the way to make the daily breakfast an experience to remember. All the three anticipated our needs and were always friendly and cheerful.They walk the talk in customer service. When my wife did not go for buffet breakfast as she was working out, they insisted on packing the breakfast for her.  Also, on the day we were leaving, they packed take away food for the road. This was highly thoughtful of them.  We would also like to thank Roland, Yuan Quioyun and Lora from the Chinese restaurant, who prepared for us off-the-menu Chinese vegetarian dishes which proved to be very delicious. The room was very new and renovated. Hygiene and clean. The air conditioner temperature automatically stopped at a certain temperature. When it was restarted, the sound was a bit loud. The bathroom is very big. Overall it is good. The breakfast noodles taste okay.

First time staying here after renovation. It has been greatly improved, very clean, various facilities have been improved, the air conditioner is no longer noisy, and the curtains have become automatic. The carpets have been changed, as have the floors. The bathroom has also been renovated very well. The parking lot in the courtyard is also very large.

First went to Wulingyuan for a stroll, and then went to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon to play. I chose this hotel because it was closer. It’s not bad. It’s very convenient to drive by yourself. The lady at the front desk told me that it was newly renovated. When I entered the room, I saw the inside I am very satisfied with the decoration style and room facilities. The service of the auntie in the room is also very good. She is very positive and smiles a few times in the evening. It makes people feel very comfortable. It is a hotel worth recommending! 👍👍

We booked a twin room one day in advance. We arrived at around 12:00 that night. There was someone on duty, and the boss should have seen our car arrive at the front desk and came to open the door for us in time. The room was quite spacious. Although the room we booked did not include breakfast, we found the boss the next morning and he made us a bowl of rice noodles or noodles with an egg for 12 yuan a bowl. It was not expensive, the portion was enough and it tasted good. After we finished eating, he drove us to the entrance of the Grand Canyon for free. When we checked out, we temporarily left our luggage at the front desk. After coming out of the Grand Canyon, we decided to take the high-speed rail, and the boss helped us deliver our luggage to the entrance of the Grand Canyon. He was really considerate, gentle and polite. The B&B is a self-built house with an elevator. It is surrounded by villages and counties, so the surroundings are relatively quiet. The house is also very clean, and the two owners are really nice people. It was probably around 7 o'clock in the morning. There might be some happy event outside, with fireworks or something like that. Since it was relatively quiet around, I was a little scared.

You can live anywhere in the city, but when I go out to play, I personally prefer quiet places. This hotel is beyond my imagination. It is a very warm and comfortable stay.
