I was impressed by the considerate service of the front desk staff. They treat guests with a smile throughout the whole process and treat the guests like their own family with a warm and considerate service attitude. But after staying for two nights, I felt that I was too worried about everything. The hardware facilities are very new and complete, and the price can be said to be quite value-for-money, which is not inferior to some more expensive five-star hotels. In terms of service, all kinds of service personnel have a high sense of active service, kind and gentle, especially the service personnel Qianqian, who also thoughtfully sent fruits for the stay. The room facilities are advanced, equipped with smart equipment, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, clean and odorless. The location is excellent and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety and the Chinese and Western styles are reasonable. The overall experience exceeded expectations, the details show the quality, I will choose here next time I travel, highly recommended!

SSteven DowsonWe stayed overnight while passing through on way to Luoyang. Very comfortable bed & room, very clean with superb shower. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good and this hotel even offers a complementary lunch, which we didn't use. Recommended.
