Ulasan Chanakya Resort

A/c not working. No water in washroom. Shower was not working and on complaining about the same response was "balti se naha lo".Bedsheets were stinking.Behaviour of staff was very rude and words were "yaha to aisa hi hai, jisko jo ukhadna hai ukhad le."

Staff was co operative but as the hotel was under maintenance bathrooms were not good. Hotel location was good

A comfortable stay, breakfast was tasty, hotel location is good on main highway surrounding forest n hill, adjoining bungee jumping, we enjoyed adventure games

We had a great stay, we took the 2 deluxe AC rooms that was in the right front and had mirrored wall on three sides was so fascinating and restaurant was amazing, food actually tickled my taste buds, cleanliness, service, furniture, staff everything was so comforting. We really loved their terrace good view believe this hotel is situated on the best location also Ganga ji just a walk down and mountains on the three sides rejuvenated me. We also enjoyed bungee jumping. We wish to visit again.

While going on the pilgrimage to Lord Badrinath, we have been staying in the same hotel on the way for the last 3 years. The location of the hotel is right on the main road where there is ample parking for vehicles. The rooms are good, the food is delicious and the rates are also reasonable.

While returning to Delhi from the Yatra of Prabhu Kedarnath Ji, it was raining heavily so we stayed for a night at Hotel Chanakya Resort located on the main road. There is often a problem of parking in hotels in hilly areas but the parking in this hotel was quite big which is a good thing. It was raining even in the morning and the view of the forests, mountains and valleys around the hotel was excellent.

A perfect combination of adventure and relaxation in a quiet getaway. Chanakya Resort is optimally placed and offers good quality delicious food and very helpful staff. The positives were the good location, situated on Rishikesh-Badrinath main highway and the amazing view of surrounding hills, forest n valley nature it provides. Apart from that adjoining 3 Bungee Jumping n 5 adventure sports park have adventure and fun. Overall, my experience was pleasant and memorable at Chanakya Resort, I can say that stay in this hotel is a nice experience and will visit there in future too.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Our room and balcony was incredibly dusty, with cobwebs and dirt. There was litter and leaves on the balcony, the drain was blocked and there was stagnant rain water. It was as though the room hadn't been occupied or cleaned in a long time. When we complained they laughed it off.

Perfect location, clean rooms, excellent service, delicious food, ample parking space had a comfortable stay.

I am an environmental activist by profession and I frequently visit this area for river rafting and my work. This is my fourth time staying in this hotel. This is quite commendable in view of women's safety. The location is very good. Apart from being on the main highway, there are forests and hills all around and the view from the balcony of the room is quite nice. This time saw that 3 bungee jumping have been installed behind the hotel, this time enjoyed bungee jumping also. The taste of food was as delicious as before

No water pressure in bathroom. Cooling was ineffective and cleanliness was poor. I stayed in this property in 2019 and it was in good shape but now deteriorated in quality.

Worst property, waste of money, property was very dirty, their was dirt every where, in coridoor, balcony & wash room was also not clean, no lift & rooms were upstairs, staff was also not good

It was a wonderful stay. The mountain location is really awesome. Specially food was very tasty. Good people co. Oprative staff gud hospitality. Take care of u like family. We definitely visit again there.
