Hotels near Shenzhen Railway Station, Shenzhen

Awesome clean & tidy hotel strategically located very near to Luoho Station ( Line1) and Renmin South Station ( Line 9) with 10 freebottles of mineral water to quench our thirst even though we stay 1 night only. We were accorded an early check in at 11.45am. Hotel air-conditioning was superb in the hot summer heat and water tap pressure was also awesome. Counter staff Miss Yi gladly approved our late checkout until 2pm on 25th August2024. She also gave us 2 small presents upon checkout. These small thoughtful gestures had made the guests feel welcome & appreciated. The management should value the staff effort in projecting a good image of the hotel.

Very clean and very convenient location. Best hotel in my 10 days trip in China. Receptionist and staff are all friendly and very happy. Room is spacious with sufficient amenities provided. Overall is happy experience! Will definitely recommend everyone I know to stay in this hotel whenever they visit Shenzhen next time.

The room is surprisingly big and clean.It also provided shampoo,hair conditioner,lotion and body wash.The staff was super friendly too, she personally came to our room to help us with the washing machine when we called the front desk.Location strategy opposite train station

The hotel is located at walking distance from Dongmen Pedestrian Street with lots of restaurants nearby. The room is clean and large. The front desk staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Fan who has been most helpful in attending to all my enquiries. One of the main attractions is to be able to go directly to the hotel room floor from Shaibu metro station near Exit D2. Instead of going up the right-hand side staircase at Exit D2 proceed straight towards the restaurants. There is a lift at the end on your right that will take you up to the hotel lobby and other floors.

Staff are very friendly, best location, cheap price. Easy to find and liked high floor. Quiet place. Very clean

The staff is very helpful and attentive. They gave us a later checkout time. Utilities are good: restaurant, gym, self laundry, outdoor lounge area (very lovely on the roof) with café. The room is a good size. ¥15 for all you can watch movies, shows, and music for 24 hours. Quite a large selection, good enough of English movies. Large TV. Black-out curtains. A feature that is very rare to see; a full-length mirror. Good counter space. The overall Japanese style decor is very nice. The soundproofing is not good. Got woken up at 5am by a bird. It sounded like it was in the room with us. No shaving kit that husband actually would have liked to use this time. The washroom doesn't have soundproofing either. Overall: a cozy hotel in a convenient location, but soundproofing needs to be improved. Other than that, it would have been very nice to stay.

The hotel has a very convenient location on several metro lines so it’s very easy to get anywhere in the city. Since it’s a central location, the area can be a bit loud sometimes. There are many restaurants of different types in the area, HQ mart - a massive electronics shopping mall and other shopping malls. There is no storage area in the room which was a bit annoying for me since I stayed for a little over a week and didn’t really have anywhere to put my things. You’re kind of forced to leave things on the floor so it’s difficult to keep the room clean. Otherwise, it’s very comfortable and clean. I slept very well there. Towels are change every day and for once, the shower floor is separated from the rest of the bathroom so the floor is not all wet - relatively uncommon in China. Breakfast is very cheap so for its price, it’s very good. One of my favourite things is that there is a beautiful rooftop on the roof. There are a bunch of plants there which makes for a very nice ambience. This is also where you can do your laundry and leave your clothes to dry in the sun. It’s a very nice place to hang out or work - even though unfortunately there is no WiFi there. The staff at the reception is available 24/7 and very nice and helpful, even though most of them don’t speak English so make sure to have a translator app ready if you don’t speak Chinese. Overall, my stay was very nice and convenient!

The hotel location is very strategic. Located on a pedestrian street, there are many food vendors, electronics and malls. The hotel service is very friendly, especially for 智君 (Zhijun). Very good and very friendly. Served us happily and well. It was really nice to stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and nice. Also given a delicious late night dinner every day. Thank you!! The hotel was near to the old electronics mall where one can buy many electronic stuffs at a low price. Food wise there are a many stalls below. The only downside could be that the level 1 entrance can be difficult to find as it is at the back of the main entrance and one has to route around the building to the back to enter the hotel. Lobby reception would be at Level 23.

First let me put down the good points: 1. Bed, pillow are nice not those soft kind. 2. I did not asked for housekeeping service throughout my stay, as I stay alone, but the lady was kind enough to give me extra water bottle and asked if I need her to clean the floor and washroom. 3. Location is near to MRT station and quite a few shop u can go for food. 4. Breakfast was good for me. Bad experiences: 1. The toothbrush, as u can see at the picture. I did not realised til I felt sth was not right and sth glue at my throat. I feedback to front office asked for manager. 3 of them were standing at the reception desk kept asking me to tell what happened before I could speak to the duty manager. Until I insisted only one of them steoped out and said he is the duty manager (lack of responsibility) they did changed all my tooth brush and sent me a gift(tumbler, pen and notebook) unfortunately when I was trying to remove the glue at tip of the pen, the whole too of the pen came off. Also they gave fruit platter. 2. My floor 11 was cold and I was told is centralized AC. They gave me a fan heater but the wire was too short, can't put on the floor near to my working desk or anywhere else. Only can put at the bed side table and I can't adjust the heat level and fan speed. 3. The noise. 11pm maintenance staff was hammering to fix one of the room door and my neighbors was talking out loud til almost 2am. During my last few days there was a group of teens check in to the same floor and they are not the quiet type as well. Don't forget I'm on business trip 4. I checked in at the same time with my colleague, he got an upgrade to level 18 and I got none. A bit down when it colleague got an upgrade and I don't. 5. They took my colleague's phone to wrote all the perfect review (cause they give ”free” late check out if we could write good review and my colleague wants to ease all the trouble so let them use his phone to take pictures and wrote comments.
