A very good accommodation experience. The location is very convenient. There are several tourist destinations nearby. The hotel environment is clean and tidy. The staff is attentive. Special thanks to staff 小甘 for her considerate arrangements and service.

Convenient location. It’s about 4 minutes walk from metro station and just a little further to reach the high speed rail station. Room was clean with modern and tasteful design. View from window was great and bed was comfortable. The shower worked well and bathroom floor was not flooded after shower. Breakfast was surprisingly good in terms of both quality and variety.

Super last minute booking for our wedding anniversary and luckily the booking was smooth. Arrived at the hotel to check in and we were immediately allowed to enter our room. There room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel also spoiled us with various tea and coffee options plus welcome fruits for as a small gift for our wedding anniversary. Another thing worth mentioning is that room service was extremely fast. We ordered ice cubes, twice, and both times arrived in less than 5 minutes. There was some point at time in the evening where we smelled people smoking, probably from next door. Other than, everything was perfect and definitely will return.

Everything is beyond my expectations, love the interiors & the room layout. The theme colour is perfect for the city like Shenzhen, tropical & refreshing. And the service is also great, which fits with the Shangri-La standard. I may choose here again for my next visit, and looking forward to explore more.

The room is very clean and spacious. The room comes with 1 king bed which suits 2 adults + 1 child well. The front desk is very helpful. Thumbs up! I faced the problem of using e-sim that I bought in Malaysia, then the front desk guy straight away came to my door to assist me with this issue. He even asked me to add them in WeChat, so that if anything needed help outside of the hotel, they could assist accordingly. Another lady (I forgot to ask her name) also gave super good service. She patiently taught us how to use Di Di apps. It would be great if the hotel could provide a different breakfast menu. So that we won't feel bored for eating same dishes daily.

Upon our arrival I showed the benefits and rewards which Trip.com states, the manager, who resembles HK TVB actress 陈法拉, gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds unit. She even arranged a fruit platter for us. She was professional, patient and friendly. Thank you. The housekeeping staff were very hardworking, helpful and courteous. Thank you. Location is convenient. Metro is just across the road and bus stops too. Visiting places of attraction is easy. Takeaway was delivered by robot when our food arrived at the hotel lobby.

Super clean and cosy room. The front reception is probably one of the best hotel receptions I’ve ever come across. Staff are so accommodating and helpful. I requested a non smoking floor and because it is often hard to guarantee other guests not smoking in their rooms, the manager offered me a free upgrade and a room located on the highest floor, far from the lifts and other guest rooms. Housekeeping is also efficient and obliging. There is a notepad on the bedside table for you to communicate with the housekeeping staff and one day I requested an extra bottle of drinking water because of a cold. I was provided with 4 extra bottles for free 😀. Everything in the room is in good condition and of high quality, this is China! They treat all guests like their VIPs. There is a free laundry on the second floor which is convenient for longer stay. Lots and lots of street food stalls (after 5pm) and restaurants around the hotel. There is a Chagee popular beverage stall just around the corner. Those of you who need fruits, there is a big fruit and vege stall just 3 minutes away by foot from the hotel. The closest MRT station is about 10 minutes away by foot. If you like to stroll around the surroundings, you can walk to a big and popular shopping centre known as Yi Fan Chen （20 minutes by foot), you can find literally everything there). The hotel is just less than 30 minutes from Bao An International Airport, DiDi fare is around RMB 28 during non peak times. This hotel has made my Shenzen trip a very enjoyable and memorable one. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful service provided by your reception staff during our recent stay. After the Spartan competition, my family and I were soaked and feeling cold. Your team was incredibly kind and attentive. She (I forgot her name) handed us the room key immediately, allowing us to take a hot shower right away. Furthermore, she came to our room to complete the registration process, which made everything so much easier for us.Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
