Hotel was clean and have super comfortable bed. We got free upgraded to the room with window, thankfully to the kind staff and hotel policy. We had a very good night sleep. Hotel was walkable to Oh bay, approx 12-15 mins. ;)

The hotel location is ok but it's quite difficult for tourists to find it because the hotel sign is Chinese only and this hotel provides 3 hotel service in the same place, clean and convenient.

Hotel.generally ok. It is clean. Nearest train station is Xin An but not much nearby if you want a quick bite. There is a mall ＜10mins walk again nothing much in the mall but therenis a good noodle shop.. What i don't like is there is a foul smell think is from the toilet maybe some sewage system, not unbearable but that puts me off from the total experience. Counter staff seems very lethargic on both days that I saw them.

Only good thing about the location of this hotel is that it is very near to OH BAY observation wheel. Walking distance from hotel. You can reach there within 10 minutes. Rooms were small comparatively. There is a mall also nearby, but you will need to walk at least 15 minutes to reach there. Front desk staff is very helping in nature. Though there is language issue, but they can communicate with the help of translator app or wechat.

Odd configuration, small storefront entrance to what one discovers are third floor hotel rooms in an otherwise tall apartment building. Many rooms with no windows, others facing busy streets. Smoking is officially discouraged but smell of smoke in rooms and hallways and cigarette butts in ashtrays. Breakfast is cheap and chintzy, in a small room, plastic chairs, sticky floor, sometimes crowded. Location is difficult to get a taxi without Didi app. Car garage mechanics next door, and not many restaurants or shops in immediate area. Hallways are full of bedding carts and cleaning materials, and carpet stained in places. Upstairs apartments have children who sometimes scrape across floors but usually not late at night. Prices are a little high for all these reasons.
