整體住宿條件和酒店服務不錯，唯一奇怪的是，預訂的時候塗家管家直接取消了我的訂單並要求加價，因為當時急需住宿地方，所以沒有和他扯皮，使用新的價格預訂了房間，過了兩天又在塗家的聊天中提醒我要付款按金，我和他説可以現場付款按金，他卻説如果不付款按金會給我取消房間，但實際上房間也並沒有取消，所以總覺得這裏面有什麼bug ，如果房子很好，但因為比較差的服務，讓客户感覺到噁心，對於公司來説非常不值得。

這次帶孩子出行，在訂房選擇上我們確實糾結了很久，最終在深思熟慮後選擇了壹棠公寓酒店。事實證明，這是一個極為明智的決定。酒店地理位置優越，出行極為便利，停車場與房間的無縫對接更是讓我們省去了不少搬運的煩惱。服務方面，壹棠的表現同樣出色，工作人員隨時待命，響應迅速，讓我們感受到了家一般的温馨與關懷。
房間設計上，壹棠的一廳兩房佈局以及附帶的書房、廚房和陽台，完美契合了我們對家庭出遊住宿的所有想象，營造出了濃郁的居家氛圍。孩子們在這樣的環境中玩得不亦樂乎，直呼下次來深圳還要住壹棠。
特別值得一提的是，房間結構得到了我們一家的高度評價，每一寸空間都被充分利用，既實用又美觀。前台小姐姐的親切服務更是讓我們印象深刻，她的笑容和耐心讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。此外，智能化的管理也為我們的住宿體驗增添了不少亮點，機器人送餐服務新穎有趣，既高效又便捷。
泳池的乾淨與舒適也是壹棠的一大亮點，孩子們在水中盡情嬉戲，享受着無憂無慮的時光。總的來説，這次在壹棠的住宿體驗超出了我們的預期，為我們一家帶來了一個美好而難忘的週末。衷心感謝壹棠的精心安排與周到服務，期待未來還能有機會再次光臨。

第一次住壹棠，真的感覺很意外，比我想象中的更好，每一項安排都很細心，房間每天會打掃很乾凈，遇到的每一位公寓的人很有禮貌熱情，我們還可以自己做飯，附近walmart很近。聯繫我的amy非常熱情周到，還特意給我們安排了咖啡機，聽説我喜歡高樓層，安排了29樓給我們，視野很開闊，A棟下面還有健身室，我們去那打乒乓球，真的比住酒店好太多、更有家的感覺，下次還會再來住
