Ulasan Atour S Hotel Shenzhen Futian Port

The aircon is fixed at 25.5 degrees Celsius. I understand this might be the requirement from the government but in almost all other hotels I’ve stayed in Shenzhen, it could be actually set lower. I was sweating in my bed. Despite the hotel sending a repairmen to look at the rheostat, it was only slightly better. The shower’s water seal strip had peeled off and this led to water flowing into the toilet/sleeping area. Yes, this is another one of those hotels where the bathroom area and the bedroom does not have any separation or door. The midnight snack included was alright. There was a selection of about 8 types of dim sum, two types of juice and some fruit, congee and noodle to choose from. It will be enough for those who skipped dinner but don’t expect any form of gourmet. The service was great and the reception was quick. Location is also just minutes away from the nearest metro station. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby and a McDonald’s next door. Luckin is just across the street if you like a more local coffee chain. It’s a shame that in this weather the condition of the aircon just made it a hard recommendation.

Our 5th visit. Room was good, same as always, but the mattress was fitted upside down, with soft side facing down and spring base facing up. We flipped it back. Would appreciate more vegetarian breakfast protein options. Like beans at least. The fried greens are often quite oily (all other cooked items looked much the same). The rest is okay. We like the gym and really appreciate the laundry. Didn't appreciate the staff chasing us for reviews as we left.

I like the check in series and also the late check out at 2pm is really fit our day trip schedule. Good location and clean room

The hotel was amazing, very friendly staff, and since my flight was late at night, they let me extend my checkout time. Also the room was very clean and nice.

Great place, convenient location, many restaurants around the area

The room is comfortable and clean. But room has slightly smoke smell including the bedding . If this part can improve that will be good. It’s very convenience with a walking distance to big shopping mall and food around. Will back again!

room is big, clean, nice breakfast, asked for late check out and was arranged. around RMB770 per night including tax.

Good hotel

1. Horrible sound proof.. construction around and couldn’t sleep after 9am… 2. Bad management and service.. the front desk is a total disaster 3. Expect better for this price.. would say better options around with this price
