Ulasan GreenTree Alliance Hotel (Shenzhen Huizhanzhongxin Futian Port)

Bare bones hotel with minimal amenities. Ideal if all you need is a bed and shower. Located inside a shopping mall with a view of...the interior of the shopping mall (at least in the room I stayed in). Best thing it has going for it is the convenient location right next to Futian Checkpoint Station and the border to Lok Ma Chau, Hong Kong.

Very convenient location for Futian/Lok Ma Chau border point. 5 minutes walk from the hotel at most. It's a bit tricky to find the hotel. You need to walk into a shopping mall and they have reception on the ground floor but the hotel is on the second floor. The rooms are very small but fine for a night or two. Crucially it is clean and fairly modern. No natural light from the window as my room was interior but that's fine. It's just somewhere to put your head down for the night.

Promotion page mentioning with window by river view but actually not the case, it's the window with indoor shopping mall view....so disappointed.

The room was a bit small. Location is great as it’s very close to Futian checkpoint

Cheap and value worth. Only internet needs to be improved. Others are fine.

Simple room convenient for border travel between SZ and HK, but don't expect spot-on cleanliness and great service. Overall still good and actually a comfy bed. Price can be lowered compared to competition

Room good, service okay~~ But the breakfast just normal~~

No toilet paper and front desk wasn’t helpful. This hotel has not elevator at night the other one I’m the same building next to it has an elevator at night and during the day. Room was not very clean but not very dirty. But the bed sheets were clean enough and bed wasn’t too hard. It allows food deliveries to be made directly to the room. Karaoke will keep you up quite late.

1、區位：酒店位於福田口岸商業廣場，一樓有個接待處，客房要上二樓走進去，入口有門禁，離福田口岸步行3分鐘，周邊配套一應俱全，便利方面沒話説 2、衞生設施：房間內部衞生一般，尤其洗手間內部幾乎沒仔細清潔過，全是污垢，房間大小中規中矩，窗外是一條馬路和深圳河，有一點吵；另外電視是壞的 3、服務就沒什麼服務，勝在價格實惠，以上缺點可以包容。

離口岸近，走路不用10分鐘，房子在商店二樓，晚上能聽到一樓做生意人講話聲音，住了兩晚，有一晚一直到12點都有人大聲講話，房間窗户對着商場裏面，衞生還可以，被套全部是新換的，比較擁擠，在深圳這個價格也還可以，下面吃飯挺方便，早茶，各種小吃都有，我們吃的牛肉火鍋相當不錯。

離福田口岸超級近，對於過關客太便利了，房間衞生OK，環境也不錯，前台服務熱情似火，有任何問題都很有耐心的告知我。太讚了。以後過關就選這個酒店了。

酒店很不錯，交通便利，離口岸也近，晚上休息也很安靜，附近吃喝玩樂都有。前台小姐姐服務熱情好客，有問必答。房間衞生也很乾凈，下次還要來入住。
