Amazing stay. Everything was so good

Loved our stay at the Pulse. Family suite was perfect for our large family and very well designed. We had everything we needed and staff was very responsive!

On the surface it is very polite, but in reality it is very bad. You have to drive to the 11th floor to park, which is very expensive. The safety in the city center is worrying, the building has no view, and the indoor conditions are only good. Ten thousand bad reviews!

The room was clean, but I was very dissatisfied that we were given a room next to the elevator, which was very noisy. At first I thought it was the wind, then I thought it was an airplane, and when I fell asleep, I realized it was the sound of the elevator car. I arrived late and didn't complain.
