Definitely will be back again! Mr. KK was incredibly attentive, and I truly felt the warmth and hospitality from all the staff. The service was exceptional and made my stay so comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Check in date : room very strong smoke smell as I mention when do booking that need no smoking room. And I found water pour on the floor near sink (for personally I think it not water it look like chemical from pest control spray as when I walked to the room found a man from pest control doing his job with HK lead to the room). But anyway HK girl she so nice come to mopping in my room with say sorry about this.  Second date : room smell better as I put air fresh button since the first date. But it make me can't sleep well in first night. Last day : Raining since in the morning, A guy from front desk very helpful as I didn't understand Chinese  language but he try to help me for call Didi for communicate with drop point (and also a guy at bar he walk to send me with an umbrella). Thank you so much for your kindness.  Amenities : so good, nice smell and product concern to save environment  Room : clean with fully amenities (except strongly smoke smell for first night) Service : super great

The only thing which is best in this hotel is the view, amazing view. Also it was very clean.

The breakfast was horrible. We went in the last 30 minutes and staff were frantically putting everything away. There was hardly any food left and even a request for butter was denied. The front desk didn’t have any English speaking staff and they were a bit clueless about the coffee freebie included. The rooms are alright but the washlet didnt work properly in the bathroom. I was upgraded from a windowless room (didn’t know it was even a thing) to one with a window but it was still tiny. They request you use something like an Amazon Echo device to ask for room service and it’s all in Chinese. They also got the names of the Mr and Mrs mixed up from the welcome message on the display. I wouldn’t recommend it for people not speaking the local language.

Its very nice place to stay in Shenzhen. To see Shenzhen bay from the room is so marvelous that I cannot forget easily for the time being.

Great stay. It's not actually Chengongmiao location, it's Shangsha (one stop away on metro, but pretty far by foot). I should've had a look on the map. Everything else waa pretty good though. It's very similar to Atour, in that everything is "smart" which sometimes isn't the most convenient. However, it's comfy, stylish, and still nice location-wise.

The room is nice and spacious but found some cigarette ash in the morning by the bed, very disgusting.

Don’t like the negative review bother you. This hotel is great. Lifts a bit slow but value for money.

Good location if want go to Hong Kong or shenzhen city , just a little noisy due to construction work but overall hotel was good enough

The hotel is very new and very clean. We could not connect our phones to the television so they staff were very helpful in resolving the issue.

A very nice hotel to stay. The receptionists for night shift I met during my stay were friendly and I got my room free upgraded! Highly recommend this hotel. About 10mins walk to the nearest metro station. About 3mins walk to the nearest bus station. Very convenient. 办理入住时已经是晚上6点多，前台服务很好还提醒我订的房没窗户，前台还免费升级了我的房型让我欣赏了深圳夜景，太感谢了！入住期间晚上的前台服务人员都很好，推荐悦得闲餐厅的早茶也好好吃！

The location of the hotel is convenient, the facility is modern with good city view
