Ulasan Woqu Apartment (Hongling Subway Station Honggui Mansion)

Booked Guestroom. Washing machine, fridge, western bathroom. Some towels are frayed and should be replaced. Lots of eateries, bakery and supermarket nearby

Clean. Loft with bed on second level in apartment. Bright due to high windows. Refrigerator was spoilt but they replaced it. Day and night receptionists were both very polite and helpful.

convenient location and a lot of food shops nearby. Good for short trip for rest! Very very close to the famous duck restaurant.

They didn't have the apartment ready at the time of check-in so we had to wait for them to clean up. We got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment with 2 rooms. The apartment smelled like cigarettes and we saw while they were cleaning that there were cigarettes on the floor. No plates, cutlery or cooking utensils, only cups.

Location is good. Room was clean but there’s no non-smoking room. I could smell some residual cigarette smell. There’s also no fridge. But everything else was good and it’s great value for money.

位置好，蘩樓步行5分鐘，不用等位，早上10時前結帳88折，揀了菊香羅漢果沖茶。盒馬超市亦在附近，長城酒店的自助餐只是88元，由5時半至9時。

如加設雪柜更好，水壓真的欠佳，完全無力

服務員很熱情、熱心，回應快，值得讚賞。 但設施和衛生真的不敢恭維。廁所馬桶的水退不掉，還湧出來，用WeChat 聯絡服務員，說師傅下班，嚇得我們差點要退房，前台小姐姐很盡責上房處理，師傅也回來。幾分鐘就通好了。小姐姐得貼心，還多拿幾條浴室地墊給我們。 因為已經近半夜12:00點就不多想，睡完就走。但早上又給床邊的死蟑螂🪳嚇了一跳。蟑螂是挺大隻，如果昨晚看見應該會整晚睡不著🥲（哭）。房間煙味重，地板也是黏黏的，是我在深圳住過最差的一間

櫃檯服務員的質素很好，很有禮貌。 沒有冷氣的房間，怕熱的人真的不可以住在這裏。 晚上的冷氣不夠！

酒店性價比高，有WiFi，環境不錯，房間整潔，入住登記也很快，，工作人員服務熱情，會主動問好，整體感覺不錯，離地鐵站比較近，附近還有很多美食，坐地鐵去小吃街很方便，有洗衣機還帶烘乾系統，前台小姐姐，就算丟失東西他們也會打電話給您，不方便的話還可以寄快遞，很適合出差旅行的人居住，推薦👍🏻

來深圳找朋友來玩，就近找了這家性價比還不錯的酒店，交通還挺便利的，附近美食吃的還蠻多，房間整潔乾淨，服務態度也還不錯，挺喜歡的。

房間設施保養不足，毛巾是破爛的 。（可看圖片） 前台女孩服務還可以，攪衛生的姐姐也有禮貌 。 地點近地鐵站 。
