Lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan pasar, jalan lama, dan Danau Hoan Kiem, selebihnya murah, jadi puas dengan harganya.

Saya beristirahat dengan baik di sana, AC saya tidak begitu bagus, tetapi pada saat yang sama, ada kipas angin yang bekerja dengan baik. Untuk harga yang saya bayar, saya rasa saya membuat pilihan yang baik. Staf sangat baik dan bermanfaat!

Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan pusat kota Hanoi, dan Anda serta teman dapat berbagi tempat tidur ganda. Stafnya sangat ramah dan mereka memberi nilai tinggi untuk AC dengan harga yang sangat wajar. Sejujurnya saya tidak tahu karena saya belum mencoba sarapan haha.

Meski agak jauh dari pusat kota, namun harganya murah dan stafnya ramah dan membantu. Sesaat saya bingung karena ada dua nama hotel. Pusat utama dan taman utama digunakan bersama-sama.

Staf hotel sangat responsif, dan meskipun tidak baru seperti di foto, ini adalah hotel yang bagus dan bersih. Saya menginap selama dua malam, dan kamar saya dibersihkan dan dibersihkan saat saya keluar, jadi saya pikir akan lebih aman untuk menjaga barang-barang berharga saya untuk berjaga-jaga. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location is very good. It is close to all the touristic places in Hanoi. It is within walking distance to all of them. The staff is very helpful and kind. They helped with all the issues. (taxi, restaurant recommendations, places to visit and tours)

One of the reception ( speak english) when we arrive at hotel we request one room early check in and we are welling to pay additional charge, after that we told this lady, we are not sleep tonight because tonight we go sapa that why we use only this two room for shower . After discussion she agree to give one room early check in without charge because we are not sleep tonight ,we reserved two rooms , second room she will give 11AM as per conversation. After that we take the shower and we go sideseeing for Hanoi area, we asked reception 2nd rooms what time can we get ,for this time her conversation is totally different for first conversation. She gave this one room early check in That why she cannot give second rooms for my booking. They gave one rooms and they take my money for two rooms charge. we asked her why you didnot tell me before we agree the early checkin, she is lied the what she say befor her conversation infornt of his manager and we donot want to argue that why we left the hotel and after side seeing finished we came back in hotel . This time this lady told me aoplogize for this morning case because of her manager is infornt of her that why she canot give complimentary early checkin. Why she give early checkin without approval and we take the shower her conversation was change because of manager, very bad experience and this hotel took our second one room charge didnot provide room.

Accommodation was clean but a little tired. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good. It was located in walking distance to the Old Quarter. The staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. For the price it was good accommodation.

Very friendly staffs. Other than that, avoid the hotel. Dont trust the pictures, the room was in the worst condition. There were stains on the blanket, pillow. The slippers provided were the most disgusting ones I have ever experienced. After you check out, one of the staff pleads to give a good rating, so I assume that's why the rating is high on trip.com

Great location for the Old Quarter - everything within walking distance including the famous train street. The service was fantastic- super friendly and helpful. This is very good value for the price that we paid.

床很大，睡起來很舒服，但是床單、枕頭套、浴巾都有黑色的印子，看起來像是被踩過。 我們訂12/31入住4間房，到飯店時晚上九點，櫃檯告知沒房間，雖然櫃檯幫我們臨時訂附近的旅館，可是臨時訂的旅館房間很差，其中一間床鋪還有凹陷，而且換旅館浪費了快兩個小時。 建議如果到達第一天很晚又是假日的話最好先打電話確認，以免第一天心情就不好，還會破壞旅遊計畫。

とりあえず、予約していた部屋と間違われて2部屋用意されました。3人で一部屋を予約していたのに、、そして1部屋には机の上に大量の蟻が歩いていました。 部屋には水が置いてありました。ありがとうございました。 フロントの方はとても優しく、荷物もチェックイン前に預かってくださったりととても良かったです！ 結構細い道を行くのでしっかりマップを見るのが重要です？
