Ulasan Hyde Hotel

Good location. Just not to exit F of the underground train station. Do not expect too much from this hotel. Everything is basic.

A really disappointing stay. The lobby is at level 13, so for newbies or people who can't read Chinese, it may be a little tricky. Upon reaching the lobby and the several times we returned to the hotel, hotel staff don't even look up at u,no smiles, no warmth, no hospitality. It's like they are there just to pass you and take back the key cards. Huge construction just beside the hotel,you can see all the dust on their glass. Stepped into the room, flooring was old and worn out. Stuffy and mouldy smell. There's no fridge in the room oddly. We couldn't turn on the aircon and we called the front desk only to be told there's no aircon available as it's winter??! A technician came in to see and told us to open the window. He then proceeded to walk into the room in his shoes. I called the front desk later to verify it and were told to open the window to let cool air in. I informed that we have a young child and we are on level 30, staff told me to on the fan then. Choices:Open window at expense of safety and construction dust or in a stuffy room with the fan blower. I just want to leave this hotel immediately,so no photos of it at all.

The Hyde Hotel in Shenzhen is a traveler's delight. Its prime location offers not only easy access to the city but also has a subway right in front. The presence of a washing machine in the hotel is a boon after a long journey. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the city view is amazing. This combination of convenience, space, and a great view makes it an excellent accommodation choice.

Good location, right in front of the metro station. The only downside is lobby is not located on ground floor, no concierge to help you with luggages

The location of the hotel is good. the room was decent and the cleanliness was ok. we did not take the buffet breakfast, so can't comment. 

Very good hotel. Comfortable room, delicious food, good swimming pool and awesome scenery from the window.

The hotel location is good for us and suitable for our trip. The staff are friendly and accommodating and made us felt welcomed. In terms of amenities the room will benefit from a small fridge or cooler and also some utensils as we couldn’t store our fruits or stir the drinks.

Convenient location with clean room and nice view. The staff is friendly, and the robot delivering welcome drinks is super cool. Only downside is the lobby is not located at the first floor, but you can find several restaurants downstairs within the same building.

Very close to the Shen Zhen Wan port, about 10 10-minute drive. It's a huge and clean place. Will be happy to stay again!

The location of the hotel is excellent as it's just next to the exit of the subway station. We had contacted the hotel reception for different things, like TV channel and collection of dirty dishes. The service was fast and the staff was polite and professional. We were also offered welcome sweet soup dessert, which was delivered to us by robots. It was really a nice surprise for us!
