Great and comfortable stay! Spacious room and clean. Modern and with nice taste. Worth for the price! Would stay here again

Huge property with many rooms, ideal for nearby expo center. However, the lightings are too low and there was no gym room as shown.

This hotel is very convenient in terms of location, being close to the Shenzhen International Convention Centre and just a short walk from the subway. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always doing their best to assist us. However, the air circulation is not ideal, as we could smell smoke from the neighboring room. The soundproofing is also lacking, making it easy to hear conversations and TV noise from other rooms. If you're sensitive to noise and cigarette smells, this may not be the best option for you. That said, I still give a thumbs up for the excellent service provided by the staff.

前台服務太度還是熱情周到。 房間挺乾淨舒服的，就是手臉台有點矮。 酒店附近挺多吃的。 距離地鐵站步行約五分鐘。

交代過的打掃衞生換床單，應該沒換吧，皮膚過敏，癢得睡不着，服務有延遲，每次需要前台送什麼過來，或者打掃衞生都很慢

前台服務態度挺好的，房間乾淨利落整潔，很好的酒店，出行很方便，離地鐵也很近喔！非常不錯😊

酒店的香味不錯，格調榴園很好👌🏻房間整體風格還是比較可以的。 廁所呢也是乾濕分離的，服務態度很好值得表揚前台服務態度好🥳出差旅遊的首選。
