Ulasan Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai

Saya baru menginap satu malam, jadi santai saja pesan kamar, kamarnya sederhana sekali, tapi saya kaget hotel bintang lima itu tidak ada bathtubnya. Pengalaman keseluruhan biasa-biasa saja, tetapi setelah check-out, pengurus rumah tangga menelepon kembali untuk menanyakan pengalaman saya. Setelah mengetahui tanggapan saya, dia memberikan jawaban untuk tipe kamar, jadi lain kali akan lebih baik jika saya bisa merasakan kamar dengan bak mandi di gedung lain dan pemandangan laut.

Arah ruangannya cukup bagus, secara keseluruhan pengalamannya bagus.

Saya dan teman saya juga sangat kecewa. Kamarnya sangat tua dan lebih buruk dari kamar yang pertama kali saya datangi. Kamarnya berbau aneh.

This hotel has the best front desk staff. Very friendly and fast. The seaview room is amazing! The soft and comfortable beds are perfect. The bath tub is the best part to soak in. Definitely we will book again

It has been an absolute pleasure to stay in this hotel. Jason at the front desk has been very helpful and nice, he offered to extend our check out time !!Also loved the indoor swimming pool, the kids have had a wonderful time. Buffet breakfast was great and lots of variety!

They do not have Sauna!!! Ridiculous Here is breakdown: 0-5 - Location: 3.5 (if your meetings around Nanshan and Shekou you’re fine, also have many bars and restaurants nearby, but if have meetings in futian choose different hotel) - Breakfast: 2.0 (really not a good variety of foods) - Rooms: 3.5 (Choose The Wanghai Side, more newer, the Nanhai rooms smells and really old, and you need to take some cart to get there, which is super not convenient. Also choose the room with the view to the sea, otherwise money wasted) - Gym: 3.0 (Bit old, but view is nice) - No Sauna (((((( really pathetic: Big Minus!! (the told me they gave steam rooms, but you need to go to some other side of the building which is also not convenient) - Swimming pools: 4.5 (Nice swimming pools) - Staff: 3.0 (The front desk barely speaks English, okay… okay!!) Conclusion: Looks 5 star, but really not. I would not stay there again. I believe decent 5 stars should have great gym facilities and saunas, and nice breakfast varieties of food. There are better options available.

Stayed here many times, always satisfied with service. Good location, nice view, delicious food.

Great hotel and service. Never be disappointed from the Hilton hotel. Overall 5 stars nothing more to add. Definitely will stay here again if travel to Shenzhen

The location is great, close to a mountain and plenty of restaurants. The service was really good and they offered me a late checkout which was kind of them. I think the breakfast is okay, a lot of the food didn’t seem to be fresh.

What a fantastic journey with family. Papa mama are happy The sea view from our suite is sparkling and extraordinary, of course with sunrise Teochew food restaurant is amazing Staff are friendly

Beautiful and clean hotel.  Smooth check in/ out with Aileen, who was very attentive. Breakfast buffet had a great selection from Chinese to international. Great place & great staff.  Hotel is a short walk from sea world and has great sea view rooms.

Amazing location! So convenient. *Across the street, 5 minutes from Lamborghini, Shekou Sea World. 海上世界。 **Free Shuttle, 5 minutes from Shekou Cruise Center: To Hong Kong Airport. CATHAY PACIFIC luggage and lounge complete with Checkin onsite at Shekou Cruise Center. ***Hong Kong airport Ferry tickets purchased at Hilton Concierge, all in house.
