Gedung apartemennya direnovasi, sarapannya buruk, dan hampir tidak ada pelayanan, hanya level hotel yang cepat, dan masih disebut pemandangan laut. Harganya sebanding dengan standar bintang lima tingkat pertama.

Menginap pertama di hotel ini tidak terduga! Saya tidak melihat dengan jelas itu adalah apartemen. Lokasi apartemennya jelek banget, gak nyaman kemana-mana. kekecewaan! Yang paling membuat saya tidak puas adalah air di kamar mandinya terlalu dingin, saya merasa setengah kedinginan setelah mandi. Sepertinya staf bereaksi dan tidak membaik. tidak dapat diterima. Kedua, sistem pengatur lampu ruangan kacau. Sedemikian rupa sehingga lampu kamar mandi menyala sepanjang malam saat saya tidur. Kemudian tempat tidurnya terlalu empuk dan punggung saya sakit ketika saya bangun keesokan harinya! Sarapannya sangat rata-rata dan rasanya tidak terlalu enak. Jus jeruk yang dicampur air putih sungguh tidak enak untuk diminum, dan susu yang dingin membuatku kesal. Jenis makanannya sangat sedikit. Dengan harga hampir 700 per malam, saya sangat sulit untuk setuju dengan standar kamar seperti itu.

Front desk staff was very friendly to have upgraded our room! We had a comfy stay with a big room and there’s a balcony outside so we could enjoy some drinks outdoor. We went to the gym which has treadmill and some dumbbells. It provided towel and bottle water. The room service and room supplies were brought up by an automatic bot which is cute and easy to use. Overall, the experience is great and we will be back!

I had a really good experience at this hotel. The lobby is spacious and bright, and I was greeted with a smile when checking in. Emily and Luna at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which left a great first impression. The service was attentive and thoughtful—they even allowed us a late check-out, which was very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall scent in the hotel was pleasant, unlike many other hotels. The breakfast was more Chinese than Western, but it was still quite good. The location is also very convenient, with good transport links and everything you need nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it and stay here again.

Special Thank for Vizna, and Alice. All staffs are kind, thoughtful. The Receiptionist is very nice. The room is very clean. It’s located Nearby Hot Place. I will book again if visit Shenzhen again. All staffs make me to have good experience for business trip. Thank you.

It was great days in this hotel. I will book again when I come back this city. The Receiptionist is very nice. The room has a balcony which is  facing Hong Kong. The room is very clean. The apartment because of it's superior geographical position and convenient traffic conditions The network is fast .The breakfast is good. I can see the sea view .jessica  and Luna, specifically Alice .

Bed bugs in the room… blood stains in the sheets, don’t book plenty of other options. The hotel changed us to another room, but the itch and the feeling of staying in unsanitary conditions certainly didn’t go away…
