Every friendly services and clean & neat hotel. Valuable breakfast buffet, simple but enough. Extremely convenient just opposite of MTR station. Surrounding is full of eateries and shopping plaza.

first of all, the location is excellent. it is near to guomao subway station. there is also a large mall called king glory near to the hotel with lots of food and shopping options. the hotel room was very clean and spacious. there were no windows, but there was a fancy wall of (fake) green plants, which gave the room a very homely and cosy vibe. we also liked the heated towel rack and the smart room assistant Xiao Du. the corridor was also clean and had a very pleasant scent. one thing that bothered us a bit was that the aircon was blasting cold air at our faces when we slept, even though we have turned it to the smallest wind setting.

Had a very good stay at this hotel! The hotel allowed me to have a very comfortable rest every night and the breakfast variety was very good and varied every morning. The location was convenient and near the metro, highly recommend this to any traveller who is planning to take the metro while travelling around in Shenzhen.

Guomao station just opposite of the hotel, there's pickup locker and parcel collection station located in the hotel. Not much selection for the breakfast but staff is friendly, able to look for staff for assistance if required. Love the room and toilet. Will consider staying there again.

Excellent! Located near metro, shopping mall, dongmen pedestrian walk. Helpful and friendly staffs that assisted in receiving my packages. Love the interior and furniture in the hotel. Every part of the bathroom is functional, from heated towel rack to heated toilet and many functions for shower. Shower pressure is perfect and slippers is soft. There is a Smart AI speaker (xiaodu) in the room and a service robot that will send delivery directly to your room. As muslim couple, we ordered food delivery from halal restaurants on ******* and it is super convenient and fast. Taking the metro is much cheaper and faster than by taxi. Will definitely come back to stay and strongly recommend!

I will definitely come back again! It's so clean, high tech room. I enjoyed a lot of my stay here and most importantly there is no smoke smell! This is the only hotel doesn't have second hand smoke risk and I will come back again!

We went to Hong Kong for the day and stayed at this hotel for the night. The location is very close to the Lo Hu border and was very confenient to take the metro or even walk. The room was full of luxary, toilet had a heated seat, heated towel railings, very nice shower and the room had many lighting settings. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Really loved it.

Nice, stylish hotel. Great service and very clean, comfortable rooms with a fantastic bed. I slept very soundly after my long flight. The helpful hotel staff took care to help me send a package to a friend in another province in China. Every effort was made to help me feel welcomed. Highly recommended.
