Good service with a robot that brings coffee and other amenities. Relatively quiet unless other guests are making loud noises in the hallway.

it has a distance to MRT, but it can be reached in short time, maybe 20 mins. We have event held in surrounding for selecting the hotel. The food over the restaurant is so so.

The receptionist is nice and helpful. My taxi rides from/to Shenzhen North Railway Station only took about 15min (early morning).

The hotel is located on a main road, which is busy all day and night. The noise from the road can be heard in the room, making it difficult for some sensitive people to get proper rest.

Terrible hotel, terrible experience, very filthy and close to Karaoke so loud till midnight. Don’t go there!

酒店地步行至壹方天地大约8~10分钟，深圳北站叫滴滴到酒店大约￥14。週边好多车仔食挡。酒店外型舊，但店內文青风设计。有少型健身室丶免费自助洗衣房，早餐中式自助，炒河粉👍🏻其它味道OK。房內基本设备算齊（無冇迷你冰箱）。衛生合格，但有进步空间。一定要讚前抬员工，有礼丶盡量幫助住客。

這次入住體驗超棒！一進酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，裝修很有格調，辦理入住時工作人員熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，設施也齊全，早餐豐富多樣。位置也特別好，周邊有商場，出行也方便。

酒店有免費停車，門口有停車位很方便，開車來這裏出差，車位也很充足，附近也有電車充電的地方，不用到處找，第一次來這裏住，感覺還不錯，快遞也能提前寄到酒店待簽收，前台服務生服務態度也很不錯，經常出差，真心覺得這個酒店性價比很高了，下次來深圳還會選擇這家！

第一次來深圳玩，選酒店肯定首選連鎖的，凱里亞德酒店我在其他酒店也有入住過，我真的很喜歡他們的床墊睡起來很舒服，這次來深圳特地選擇這個品牌的，挑選了幾家，發現這家性價比挺高的，我和媽媽都很喜歡睡的很舒服，房間也很寬敞，服務態度也很不錯，需要前台員工指路也沒有不耐煩，耐心的用地圖指引我們，臨近深圳北站，周圍也有壹方天地好愛好玩的特別多，真心推薦這裏，可以試試。
