Ulasan Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen

Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.

The room I was given was odd shape though the view is great. The furnitures are dated and need to be replaced.

Hotel Futian Shangri-La is a palace hotel. I liked everything about it: the cozy room, the breakfast, the swimming pool and gym, the elegant and discreet luxury atmosphere. Great staff! Unfortunately, no rooftop bar so far but I heard they plan to have one soon.

We are very happy with our stay. The room was high floor, spacious and new and has marvelous view. We can see the light show on the buildings at night. Special thanks to Paul Wong for arranging such a lovely room for us.

Great hotel, very convenient location, most of the stuff speak English, clean room, many nice shopping malls and food places around the area

I use to have meetings at this hotel and when my family travelled to China, we stayed here . The reception team was too nice , Mike provided me endless service and help . The location is a unique and at the heart of Shenzhen. Very convenient location and close to almost everything: metro , high speed train, restaurants , shops , malls … Only the uncomfortable situation I had is that, breakfast restaurant team kept steering the way that someone is counting things and showing no smile , with bold faces.

Room is very spacious, an extra can be added easily and it’s still comfortable. Great service from concierge staff.

Hotel is close to the high speed railway which is extremely convenient. Rooms are spacious but dated, services feel a bit more like international 4 star which is unlike the service I’ve experienced in other shangri la locations. Overall it was still good and I’d stay again.

The hot tub and sauna in public area are very clean and offer great experience. However the smell of the toilet mixed with the perfume they use in the room was not pleasant.

Superb hotel service with comfortable room facility. Very convenient location for food and transportation.
