Everything in the hotel is nice ! The staff , the environment , the breakfast arrangement and the programmes offered are awesome ! We went there for one night during holiday , it got special programme for bubble pool in the pool deck area . The kids were thrilled ! Maybe they expected crowds during breakfast area , they put some pastry at the waiting area of the restaurant so that the customers can enjoy that while waiting for table arrangement. Which is nice ! The room and the corridor are also well designed !

Convenient location, 3 mins walk from the mtr station. We got free upgrade to a room with bathtub. My kids love that so much. Breakfast buffet was nice with a variety of food and drinks. My kids asked to stay here again when we come to SZ next time.

Everything was good, check in was smooth. The hotel was very nice and grand. Although it would be good if they had double bed rooms as the single beds was to small for the couple to sleep. Overall I had a great stay !!

They hotel indigo was unique but I like the big brand hotels like the Marriott and Hilton standard amenities and layouts.

im the family from HK. even the price is not cheap, but reasonable. very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful. the room is very clean with everything good support. the room is clean, no odd smell, everything is tidy even the floor is very very clean. the swimming pool is the very icon of this hotel. Loving it. you must come and swim, the view is great and the water is very clean. very recommended super five stars hotel. thanks Hotel giving me a memorable experience, hope will come again.

The European-style decor was truly impressive that I enjoyed my stay in comfort and relaxation. The location couldn't be better while there is a mall near the hotel so I could spend time shopping. More than that, a great selection of restaurants offers diverse food options. The environment of the hotel was uplifting that I felt like travelling in Europe and the food was up to standard. It was undoubtedly the perfect choice for my staycation!

The location is opposite the signature "Windows of the World", which is suitable for family travel. The breakfast is excellent, with many choices. The front desk is kind enough to arrange our group for one of the rooms facing the tourist site. Thank you very much.

Convenience location. Receptionists are nice. We had X’mas buffet on the first day, the decorations were fantastic and kids friendly with free gingerbread man workshop. We won the first prize and third prize of the lucky draw. Good experience 💕
