Lokasinya memang jauh dari Metro, tetapi sesuai dugaan. Namun, isolasi suara di kamar sangat buruk. Kami check-in terlambat dan masih dapat mendengar pembicaraan dan suara lain dari koridor dengan jelas. Suara pancuran dari kamar lain sangat keras, terutama di malam hari. Hotel ini memang memiliki ruang kebugaran, tetapi tidak terlalu nyaman. Anda perlu berjalan keluar selama beberapa menit dan pergi ke gedung lain. Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room’s interior was beautifully designed. We also appreciated the reliable WiFi and well-equipped gym. Such a great experience will definitely be back soon!

Service: Excellent and hope to get this excellent service next time Swimming Pool: Even not too big, but clean and friendly facilities after finished swimming, also kid’s swimming pool water temperature is warm. MTR station: 10 mins by walk to the nearest station, and take MTR to Shenzhenbei station super fast and convenient Dinner Buffet at Hotel: Environment is good and not too crowd, then we can enjoy our dinner buffet comfortably. All foods are tasty and fresh. We want to have one more time to have dinner buffet there.

Just got back from an amazing weekend at Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan! The whole experience was great, but I have to give a special shout-out to Mariia, whose hospitality really made my stay special. The rooms were comfortable, location was perfect, and everything I needed was taken care of. If I ever find myself in Shenzhen again, I'm definitely booking here!
