Karena ini adalah hotel MUJI pertama di Tiongkok, ekspektasinya tinggi, namun pengalaman sebenarnya sangat berbeda. Saya memesan kamar queen bebas rokok. Hal pertama yang saya perhatikan ketika saya memasuki kamar adalah bau asap yang menyengat. Saya pikir itu mungkin bau rumah tua Malamnya, saya menemukan wastafel masih kotor. Benda-benda lengket berwarna merah dan sampo ditaruh di wastafel, sabun tangan ditaruh di kamar mandi, sikat gigi dan perlengkapan mandi berserakan di wastafel, dan baru kemudian saya menyadari bahwa kamar belum. telah dibersihkan. Setelah menelpon front desk untuk konfirmasi, balasannya adalah: Maaf, kamar non-smoking tidak dibersihkan karena penyewa sebelumnya merokok dan mencemari udara... Great experience into Muji world!
The hotel is super modern, clean and super minimalist as expected from Muji experience.
We booked a weekend getaway last minute with my husband and 13 months baby boy.
The hotel is super well located into a new and upcoming neighbourhood called upper hills. It’s next to high end mall with plenty of restaurants and cafes options. We loved the 2 huge parks by walking distances. Overall experience was great but the hotel is lacking of facilities (Onsen, spa, pool, playroom would have been nice) and wifi wasn’t working during our stay (not ok at all for the level of standard and price paid…).

room and hotel set up offer exceptional experience from the brand, the music, the auto operation ot the thick curtain, the snack, bottle of water and juice are all welcoming touches, room is spacious, shower and toilet set up are perfect.
Two items to improve:
1. buffet requires great improvement. Food is not kept warm enough, fried eggs should be fried fresh instead of laying out cold
2. staff upgraded room type from a single bed to double beds, as one guest had cold, however would be great to put on a smile i/o responding as AI
Overall, great experience with the Hotel, which positions next to the few vibrating shopping malls, as well as 2 green parks.
Will definitely recommend to friends.
