Clean, new hotel in an office building. Bit far from the subway. In the middle of a dusty industrial district.

No gym. Is renovating but not told or mentioned on the site.

Overall the place was nice and super clean. Apparently everything is new. Minus point is they didn’t put enough back up tissue in the bathroom.

Good, clean and close to where we want to go.

Read mixed reviews some giving top reviews and the others very low but I thought I would give it a go anyway since it is close to our family. I would say it is like staying at a friend’s or a family’s place. Didn’t feel like a service apartment. By this I mean, if you expect it to be spotless or immaculate, don’t. If you expect the cups to be washed, it will not. If you expect the bathroom to be super clean, it will not be. Ours had mould and a damp smell. Both rooms had strong cigarette smells and cigarettes burnt marks on the floor even though it was advertised as smoke free. I asked the cleaners to give it a good wipe down and it wasn’t at all and the smell lingered till we left. The sofa for some reason had part of it ripped out. There was dried caulk dripping out of part of the walls. Not done to a high spec, not cleaned even to a normal spec. Trash was thrown outside the hallways and the receptionist asked if it was ours when it was the other residents. Saw another resident staying for a short while with a big dog. Not great for people if they have an allergy. There are building works happening opposite. The first stay, they started work around 6am which didn’t bother us since we have kids and wake early, however on another night, there were works going through all the night. Thankfully the kids slept, but I did not. On another night someone randomly pressed our door bell at 12 am. Not pleased and woke up the kids. Not sure if we were unlucky and happen to get one of the rooms who weren’t up to spec but we won’t go back.

1. The wash basin in the bathroom is surrounded by black spots and mold, which is disgusting. The mirror surface also has traces of the previous toothbrush foam. (Room 2802, Block CPlease clean up quickly,to prevent the next guest from getting hurt) 2. The toilet paper is placed on the toilet, which is not very hygienic. It is recommended to install a toilet paper holder. 3. The floor of the bathroom was covered with the previous guest's hair (speechless). 4. There is only one toothbrush for two people staying. 5. There were food stains on the water cup in the room. I wiped them away with a wet wipe. Auntie's cleanliness definitely needs to be improved! 6. Inconvenient geographical location, It takes more than 15 minutes to walk from Sungang Station to (Not counting the time spent waiting for the light), Go to the nearest shopping mall KK Time It takes 30 minutes to walk. What I want to praise is 1. The quilt and bed are clean and have no odor. 2. Adequate air conditioning 3.It’s great to have free movies to watch! 4.Affordable price We checked into a standard twin room on Thursday night. Only around HK$250 5. The lady who registered was polite and explained clearly. Due to the inconvenient location, We ordered ** for dinner and brunch the next day. Didn't go out to the mall.

Very clean, comfortable room, and above-expected service, but the hotel front desk is too small, so I thought I went to the wrong place. Complete facilities, washing machine, induction cooker, refrigerator. Good lighting, good privacy, and community residents, very safe. Sound insulation is average.

This hotel can be rented for a long or short term. Overall it is very good. Compared with the location, the price is very cost-effective. However, it is acceptable that there is no parking ticket. It seems that nearby hotels do not have parking tickets. Maybe this property is more stingy. Hahahahaha

The facilities in the room are clean and easy to use; but if you don't bring a charging cable, you have to pay to charge in the room; the bed is very comfortable, but there are construction projects around, and if the air conditioner is not turned on, mosquitoes will enter the room at night; the hotel uses an electronic door lock, and it is not easy to open and close the door; Traveling with the elderly is inconvenient; this time I stayed in Block D, and the taxis I called had to pick up and drop off at designated locations.
