The room is very clean and big. The price/performance ratio is very high. It is a few hundred meters away from Coast City. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all in separate small bottles. It feels very safe. Recommended to stay.

I came late in the evening, at 1:30, and I had a lot of luggage, two boxes, a backpack and a bag. I originally wanted to ask the waiter to help me move it to the room, but as soon as I entered the door, the security guard slept on the stool. After completing the formalities, I asked the front desk to call someone to help me deliver my luggage. I called the security guard at the front desk for a long time and there was no response. I slept so soundly. I thought I couldn’t scream so I went up by myself. I didn’t expect it to be so far away and the aisle was so long. The front desk service was very good. , even the security guard doesn’t know if it’s safe or not.

I was woken up by the power transfer under construction at 8 o'clock in the morning, and I never fell asleep again. When I checked out, I asked the person in charge for advice on how to deal with it. He asked me what do you want? I had a bad attitude and was unapologetic, refused to apologize, and even called the police, saying that my loud voice made his employee cry. Then may I ask under what circumstances do I speak loudly? Is that what I started with? You as a boss? The store managers are all terrible. Is this a store opened by society? So you hold it in your mouth? As a person in charge of the service industry, shouldn’t I first apologize to the guests on behalf of the hotel? You are also arrogant and shirking responsibility, saying that you can't control other people's decoration, then I spend money and stay in hotels to rest, and listening to your noise is my bad luck? This store has a very bad experience, be careful when checking in, or the police will arrest you.

There were cockroaches in the room (one was on the cabinet, and the other crawled through the gap in the pillow, but I didn't take a picture). The WiFi didn't work in the front room, but it worked in the back room after I changed to another room. Unfortunately, the TVs in both rooms didn't work. The water temperature in the bathroom was only warm. Someone ordered takeout in the morning and filled in my room number 😓😓. The overnight separation in the room was not very good, and the sound of talking in the corridor was a little obvious, but the attitude of the staff was ok. It was much better overall after changing rooms.

It took more than a week to issue an invoice. It kept dragging on. They told me to issue the invoice two days in advance. At first they said I hadn’t declared the tax. A week later they said the system was being upgraded. I have never encountered such a situation before. It couldn’t be worse. I have reported it!
