Very nice hotel and nice staff

This was a solid hotel near an attractive strip around window of the world. It is modest, but with multiple help counters, and the rooms are basic and comfortable. Two things I really liked was extremely strong AC, and the soundproofing seemed good, was able to sleep comfortably. The entire floor is covered with dirt and grease, and we found multiple cockroaches, thankfully they give towels for wiping and lots of cockroach spray.

Most of the stuff were kind and helpful. Only one front desk staff refused to give me a receipt and told me the hotel did not give receipts. I don’t believe him as other staff did provide a receipt. The bathroom was wet most of the time as the shower door leaked water. One of the windows didn’t have a lock, this room had mosquitoes.

It was good for what I wanted to do in the city and in the perfect spot for where I wanted to be. You get what you pay for with everything else though, room is small, no facilities to speak of, and service was fine I guess. Book this room because you want to spend all day in the city. don't if you're a homebody.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. I just came here for the May Day holiday. The stay was good and comfortable. The front desk service was also very good. I will still consider this hotel next time I come to Shenzhen

The front desk told me to upgrade the room with window, but it turned out to be close to the laundry room. The window is right next to the laundry room, and there is no sound insulation at all. There was no shower gel in the room, and the towel rack was loose and not fixed. The room phone could not dial the front desk. If I had something, I could only use my mobile phone to find the front desk. The overall feeling was very bad!

The hotel is clean and tidy, the location is very good, and the service attitude is first-class! We notified you immediately if you left anything behind when checking out. Thank you very much! Will choose to stay again next time! 

Good geographical environment, many places to eat, the room size is about the same. The lobby lady is very helpful. This time I went to Happy Valley with my children. Next time I go, I will book a room here

Good location, clean and sanitary, preferably with windows, overall good, reasonable price, high cost performance, good staff service, you may consider staying longer in the future, there are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel environment is very good, the room is very clean, it is very suitable to book this kind of single room for personal travel. This hotel is quieter than other hotels, and it is also safe to live alone😌.

There is a tennis court downstairs. The surrounding environment is pretty good. The room is clean. The food is very close to the back of the hotel. Metro Line 2 and 8, Line 1, Metro Line 11, Airport Bus, in short, convenient transportation.
