I stayed in that hotel for one night and the next day i was so much comfortable and satisfied that i thought if i am traveling why don’t stay in shenzhen and in that specific hotel for more one day so i booked it again and the experience was smooth i suggest everyone that and next time if i will be in shenzhen i will definitely stay in that hotel they are cooperative and apartment is clean 😊

The apartments are very clean and very well ordered, and best of all is that the subway is very close and the location is one stop from the train station☺️☺️

There is not much to say about it. I was late due the weather conditions, and they didn't even call me to care about the check-in.

The room is ok but there's a thing to note down, you would need Wechat to check-in, the check-in process is done online and you need to Wechat the phone number on the booking confirmation email.

They took long time to clean ta place. Had to wait for them to make the room. Amenities were good.

This time, I chose this Maomaojie LOFT duplex homestay for my gathering with friends. The experience was simply amazing! The sense of space is super good, the design is very modern, and it completely satisfies all our fantasies about home parties and team building. Every corner is decorated warmly and comfortably, the community is quiet, the bed is also very large, and the projection is also very clear. Next time we have a gathering, we will definitely choose this place again!

I booked a shared master bedroom upstairs. Although there is a second bedroom where the landlord's sister puts their own things, I am the only one living there at night. The bathroom and living room are all used by one person. Hehe, it has no impact on us guests. I live in the master bedroom with independent air conditioning, external windows, and the door can also be locked. It's very safe. There are printers and computers downstairs. You can also have tea and do some work. It's so convenient. To be fair, you can live in such a good location at this price. I also like the environment inside the house very much. I really have to give it a big five-star. I don't know what the previous customers thought. They said that this is not a good shared house. In fact, the title and pictures of the house indicate that it is a shared house. But this kind of shared house must also affect our living experience. It is much better than the apartments converted from farmers' houses. The second-phase disposable bath towels and slippers were all given to me for free. I really feel safe living here. The landlord is also very easy to communicate with. I must stay here again when I come to Shenzhen next time.

The room is very close to Hongshan subway station, about 10 minutes' walk from the station. The transportation is convenient. There is a convenience store downstairs. The landlord has a very good service attitude. The three-bedroom and two-bathroom room has two toilets, which is convenient for multiple people to travel.

We are a family of five, booked here because looking at the photos feel new, clean place, convenient location. When I entered the house, I found that this place was really small. He responded that he would come up and clean up again. But after we returned from an outing, the quality of hygiene did not improve, and cockroaches appeared in the bathroom again, so we had to decide for ourselves. Although there is a kettle and cooking utensils in the room, it is also very dirty and I dare not use it! Also when looking for accommodation stated 5 people, and the description also specified that it was 2 double beds plus 1 sofa bed, but in addition to the duvet pillow on the double bed, there was only one duvet in the porch, originally wanted to use, point Knowing that the owner of the house came up to clean it up, he put the quilt open in the porch. The porch itself was dirty, and he didn't dare to use it after it was laid. In the end, 3 people had to force themselves into one bed. Very disappointed with this stay!
