Hotel dekat Hong Kong and Macao City Food Snacks Street, Shenzhen

Took us awhile to find this hotel since it was located within a tall building. However people around are nice to help to direct us. Check-in was fast and easy and I could communicate with the recep through wechat for any request or housekeeping. The recep was able to reply quickly and they are available for 24 hrs! We had some issue with the hot water on the first night and the weather was chilly at night. Contacted the recep and was directed properly to adjust the heating temp in the toilet. All in all, the room is huge with 4 double beds which my kids could sleep comfortably on and service is great! Will definitely stay here again if we were to visit shenzhen!

We had such a great stay at this place! Please keep in mind that this is a serviced apartment, so the amenities such as a washing machine was a great asset to have. The cleaning lady was so sweet and provided us with ample laundry detergent and clean slippers everyday. The location was quite central to many places. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Shenzhen!

Good location☺️☺️... about 4 mins walk to the Metro. Many .. Many eateries around n mimi marts. Room was OK.. lahhh ( just a little smaller then expected)🫢🫢 Washing machine.. stove .. fridge .. tv.. provided Which makes alot of difference. ( could wash n dry our cloths)😁 😋😋Friendly n helpful reception staff.. she gave us directions n also help us book our DIDI On the whole .. it was a grate experience.. n fun holiday Thank yuu so much🤗🤗🤗😃

David, (we believe is the manager) is superb. He was always there and eager to assist in anyway he could. He even allow us to ship local online purchase to the hotel for our return trip pickup. He even helps us to pay first since every purchase in China is via phone app which at that our app was not working properly. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and full satisfy with the room amentities. Even though, there is no dryer after washing with the washing machine, there is an open air laundry line for hanging the wash. It was usual dried next day, we were there in Apr and probably weather is not as humid. Occasionally, needs to dry inside the room with the air condition on. Needs to be creative as how to hang up the wash. If getting to the hotel location by local Metro/subway, take Line 1 to Science Museum stop & take exit B and walks about 5 mins or less. This way, u can see the Name of the building and apartment hotel is above a shopping complex (see Photo). This way is easier to find instead of the shorter walk of less than 2mins station (Yannan Staton on line 2). The name of the building is more obsecure. Once you're out of exit A at Yannan Station, there is a Mcdonald on your right and side entrance to apartment hotel is facing the side of the Mcdonald store. You won't be able to see the Building name

Pros: great location. Right next to the electronic markets and a few minutes walk to two different tube stations, so easy access to the city. The staff were also very friendly and they changed my room for me as my first room was very dirty. There’s a free washing machine on the rooftop but there’s no dryer though. Cons: the first room I had was very dirty, it stank of cigarette smoke. The hotel staff let me change room the next night which I appreciated. The next room was a lot better. The whole hotel in general was very dated. There is a rooftop which is a lovely addition, however the the decking flooring is falling apart and there was holes in the floor. It felt a bit dangerous. Overall it was an alright hotel for the price. I was expecting a little better though as I have stayed in other hotels in China around the same price which were a lot cleaner and modern. However I did appreciate the staff letting me change room. Also great location.

Clean and cozy room. Love the celtic music provided and earth tone design. Thanks for the balloons and cake. Have a great experience to celebrate my birthday with friends and family! Lots to explore in the surroundings!

We booked one night we like the hotel then we added one more night for our stay in Shenzen. The breakfast was good a mix of Cantonese and Western food like I really enjoyed Dim-sum, Cantonese noodles .. we also had a nice afternoon tea it starts from 2:00 pm until 4:00. The hotel is next to Ganxia subway station which is very convenient.

A little hard to find the checkin office. But really just enter the large building from any entrance and go to the 6th floor Terrance and go to the A building office. This is a service hotel and not a typical hotel; but the house keeper does clean your room every day. 24/7 WeChat and fast response. Great location; surrounded by shopping centers. Clean room but a little dated; had to turn on dehumidify on AC because there was wet spots on the floor. Washer is small but works well. You have to hang dry your clothes so the small size is perfect. Only negative is that the shower was too small. You have to angle the shower head towards the wall or the water will leak out. Also, the elevators are a little tricky as they stop on random floors sometimes.

-The building is across a big shopping mall so it's very convenient. -The metro is a few meters away. -The staff was nice and approachable -Wonderful room and the bed was comfy - The entrance is on the left side (B2) if you are facing the A side of the building. The front desk is on the 10th floor (Room 1018) I'll definitely stay here again. Tip: don't let the bad reviews get to you, however, if you want a 5 start hotel service and amenity, yet only willing to pay cheap, go away.

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional in their service. Hotel is within reach to the nearby Dongmen Laojie (about a 10 minutes walk) and taking Didi to the tourists hotspots is affordable as well. There is also a laundry room where you can wash and clean your clothes. I would recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly yet new and clean place to stay.
