Atour Hotels in Shenzhen

Environment: The lobby is spacious, bright and clean. There is a light aromatic smell as soon as you enter the door and it smells very good! Service: The service is very good, all kinds of problems can be solved very well, the front desk staff Yichun, and the Xingchen waiters work carefully. Polite, willing to greet, always smiling, and feeling very friendly. Warm mineral water was given as a gift when checking out. I felt a different kind of warmth in this cold winter. The young lady in this hotel is amazing! The room was clean and tidy, and there was a landline where I could call the front desk and help me solve many problems. The room has free mineral water and wireless Internet. The room is very comfortable to stay in and the sleep quality is very good. Bamboo House also provides hot apple orange tea, which is also very delicious. Ordering takeout is also very convenient. The facilities are complete. There is a food delivery robot in the store that will deliver it directly to your room. Its little robot is really cute! The hotel also offers free parking, which is convenient. Highly recommend this hotel! Well worth a stay!

I was overwhelmed with the services rendered by the staff at the reception as they were efficient and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Location was convenient as the metro is only about 5-6 mins walk.

Been to Shenzhen few times but my 1st stay with Atour group, very impressed with their excellent staff services especially from front desk staff 嘉叻, 辛染and 浅柔 . They take the initiative to help with my luggages and being very helpful during my stay. The housekeeping Auntie 布依 who is very detailed in room cleaning. They have made our stay feel so cozy and home. I have decided to stay with their Atour group in Shunde after this stay experience. Will recommend the hotel to family and friends who is coming to Shenzhen. Look forward to return for my next trip stay in Shenzhen again.

Great room with furnishings that feel premium, along with functional and useful facilities like laundry and drying (and even providing plushy chairs for u to sit in when waiting for laundry to finish, a big thumbs up). Unbeatable proximity to metro station Nanyou West, just a little inconvenient if you want to travel to nearby retail complexes like Raffles City. Also, the lack of a fridge in the room took away from what would have been a 10/10 room.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed a superb service.  Everyone was extremely helpful and tried very hard to ensure our stay was pleasant. One of us was offered a free breakfast during the stay. Jiang Wen at front desk helped with WiFi connections and was kind enough to let us use her local phone number for our take-out food deliveries.  The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. Late night snacks/meals are a real bonus after a long day out. Free self-serve laundry with washers and dryers across from the breakfast hall is super convenient. The location is near metro subway station and is within 10-15 mins taxi rides to many areas in the city. We will definitely stay here again in our future visits to Shenzhen!

Facilities: Very new hotel, the facilities are pretty good Hygiene: Very clean Environment: The design style is quite unique. I think it can be included in the list of designer hotels in Shenzhen. The smell of the space is also very comfortable. You can add some soothing music. Service: Very thoughtful but not too much, especially the breakfast waiter, who was very friendly and busy. The noodle stall owner was also very nice. The receptionist at the front desk was also very friendly. Overall, it's a lower-tier five-star hotel, and the breakfast is terrible. Recommended to come and experience.

Fantastic hotel - very clean, modern & the location is excellent. Very easy to get to from the metro or train station. The breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic 👌. Great selection & amazing value. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!!!! My only regret is that I didn't book for longer!!!

We have stayed 4 times in 4 different rooms on different floors. We generally love the neat, modern rooms with practical items we need, like USB charging points and lighting that works consistently. The beds are comfy with 2 pillows to choose from. The tv only has CCTV channels but it is large with a clear reception. The robot delivery for food orders works well and is better than room service in our opinion. The room Aircon is typically good and has the power and ability to actually cool the room, unlike some other (more expensive) hotels we have stayed at in Shenzhen. However, during the latest stay, the Aircon wasn't quite as cold and took much longer to cool. The breakfast range is decent, but we would like to see more vegetarian options with vegetable-based protein. The cooking could use a little less oil. The breakfast staff are very friendly. The location in the village is very practical, not super touristy, but does have nice coffee shops nearby. It is a short walk to the metro. The gym isn't large but is decently equipped, with 2 treadmills, a bike, elliptical, free weights and a dual-cable adjustable weight system. The clothes washing facility is great.

Thank you so much to the hotel staff. When I checked out, I had already booked my flight, but I couldn’t find the airport. I asked the front desk staff to check where the airport was located and even showed them my ticket, but they were at a loss. Later, they called a lady named Yuetong, who searched various addresses and finally confirmed that the airport was in Hong Kong. Since I didn’t have a Chinese payment method and only had cash on me, and I didn’t have a ride-hailing app or know how to get to the port to take a ferry to Hong Kong, I was in a difficult situation. I turned to the hotel for help again, and Ms. Yuetong agreed without hesitation. After more than ten minutes of communication, she finally found a driver who accepted cash. She even helped carry my luggage and personally escorted me to the car. I thought the matter would end there, but due to my carelessness, I left my backpack in the taxi. Inside were my credit cards, passport, tablet, and other important documents—without them, I couldn’t even board my flight back home. I rushed back to the hotel in a panic and sought help from the same staff member. She was incredibly responsible. Since all my cash was in that backpack, she even paid for the taxi to take me to the police station to file a report. Because I didn’t understand the process, she assisted me throughout the entire procedure, handling all the communication with great care. Later, through her persistent efforts—contacting the police, the ride-hailing platform’s customer service, and the taxi driver—she finally located my backpack. It turned out the driver had taken it back to Dongguan. The Dongguan police station required me to pick it up in person, so she arranged another taxi, set the destination, and personally accompanied me to Dongguan to retrieve my bag. From morning until afternoon, she spent the entire day running around with me. I’m so grateful for Ms. Yuetong’s efforts—she went out of her way, spending both money and energy to help me. Although I missed my flight, this experience was truly unforgettable. The hotel staff handled everything meticulously and resolved every difficulty perfectly. I don’t even know how to thank her enough. I invited her to visit India someday so I can properly host her, and the next time I come to China for business, I will definitely stay at this hotel again—and recommend it to my friends as well.
