The room is not very spacious. It is considered below average among the Lavande hotels I have stayed in. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient and has many parking spaces. There is no tea or fruit at the lobby front desk. The breakfast of 38 yuan per person is not very cost-effective. There are many restaurants in the area, which is very convenient.

When I came back from walking at night to check in and get the room card, the young man I met had limited patience and a bad attitude. First, he didn't give me the room I had reserved before, and then when I asked him why it wasn't that room, his attitude was very bad, and he said impatiently that there were no other rooms, and you booked this room. Or the young lady next to me at noon came over and said that she had reserved 3332 for you, and then the young man helped me change the room card. When I was about to use the bedding, I found hair on it. It was very late, but the night receptionist was very proactive in helping me solve the problem. She also helped me upgrade to a nearby room type. However, I only changed the bedding and declined the upgrade (because I liked the view of this room very much). But I still thank the lady for going up and down several times to help me solve the problem. I missed the late night porridge and forgot to ask for it.

The service attitude is particularly good, there is a parking space at the door, the room style is very unique, the lighting is very good ~ Xiaodu is very smart, you can also take a bath in the room, and disposable bathtub covers are provided!

When you leave the venue, you can get a parking ticket at the front desk. 🌸 Going out is Youth Street, opposite the shopping mall, next to the Wen'an Road Hotel Street, there are many supermarkets. 🌸 The hotel is on the 25th floor, with carpets in the corridor and fragrant entrance.

Stayed here for 1 night and booked 3 rooms. Very nice and accommodating with free laundry, free minibar assortment and smart room features. Fasho would stay again 10/10 would recommend.

We were only there for two nights (stopover to head to Harbin)but the location was really centralised. You can easily walk to the city area and their hotel is not far from the train station.
