I stayed at Shangri-La for a couple of nights with my mom. The hotel is nice. The food in the main restaurant is not tasty and overpriced. The service and hospitality of the reception was great. Niki and her other colleague manager were doing a great job. The guy at the reception desk spoke very limited English and seemed to be clueless about the city. For example I asked to help me get a 6 seater to take me and my bicycle to the park by the river, he was trying to convince me there was no place for cycling there even though there is a great cycling trail.

Amazing hotel with shopping mall and a wonderful supermarket downstairs. Excellent service (on the first floor reception and upstairs staff were very helpful, polite and fast) clean, has cool bar, exquisite design and views, also there are some amazing restaurants. We enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed staying at the Westin hotel Shenyang. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the well appointed Gym. The hotel was 10 minutes walk to the Subway station and an additional 5 minutes to shopping centres Pizza hut and several other eating facilities. The only negative was the air conditioning we were unable to get the room cool and had to open the window to get relief from the heat. We didn't use the air-conditioning while we were there. The staff were very pleasant and helpful over our 2 nights stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we checked in the service was impecable. Lena made us feel at home and took care of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Our children enjoyed the pool and play area. The suite was very comfortable and the staff left some sweets, toiletries and slippers for the kids. Lena helped us with our dinner options and even helped us with translation at the restaurant. She was there for our checkout as well and even accompanied us to our taxi. We were very impressed with the customer service and will certainly be back. Thank you!

Great location! Closest hotel to the U.S Consulate. Just a 3-minute walk away. Plenty of food options, and a supermarket across the street. Friendly staff, good size room, and good value for money. Would stay again!

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk lady Zeng Fang upgraded my room for free. The room was large, clean, and had a good orientation. Opposite was the small consulate park, and it was also very close to the Color TV Tower Night Market.
