Kamarnya bersih dan rapi, dengan fasilitas yang lengkap. Ini hotel bagus banget yang saya lihat secara tidak sengaja, dan pelayanan front desknya antusias! Lingkungan sekitar bagus, sangat nyaman, kawasan bisnis, nyaman untuk makan!

Saya lapor ke front desk di lantai bawah, tapi untungnya ada pemberitahuan di meja di kamar yang mengatakan bahwa mall akan direnovasi dan itu akan dimulai pada jam 10. Namun, ketika kami check in, Tidak ada yang memberi tahu kami tentang renovasi! Lingkungan kamar bagus, sangat bersih dan rapi, fasilitas sangat baru, keseluruhan pengalaman menginap baik, tetapi variasi sarapan relatif sedikit, ada Jalan Zhongjie di lantai bawah, dan ada stasiun kereta bawah tanah, sangat dekat dengan Kota Terlarang , dll, pintu masuk hotel tidak mudah ditemukan! Anda harus menghubungi meja depan!

Was my best hotel on the 2 weeks trip, located in the middle of CBD and cultural and shopping area of Shenyang, walking distance to modern malls and imperial palace of Qing dynasty.
Hotel occupies top floors of the building so that there is no noise from the street, air con is powerful and can be adjusted. Electrically operated curtains variety of lighting settings and music in the shower.
Breakfast is very nice , didnt gave to go to restaurants afterwards, good choice of traditional dishes. Also there is Lawson's right in front.
Staff is friendly and communicative, thanks a lot for all your efforts and fir helping with infirmation about surroundings.

We love the location, the shopping mall is just downstairs. So many eateries around. Mid-street is just across the street.
The room is spacious, the size of the shower room is wonderful. We like the idea that we can hang our jackets and clothes upon entering the room, take off our shoe etc.
There is a free laundry service at Level 17 as well, we washed most of our clothes before flying home.
The only thing that could be improved is the sound proof along the corridor. We can hear people talking when they are walking in the corridor.

The price doesn’t justify the room and service. The main entrance of the hotel is renovating hence the taxi can only stop at the road side. We have to dragged our luggage to the inner streets. Calling cab is also a hassle. The room is pretty small. If u open the window, the door will create sound due to the wind. We stayed for 2 nights but our card can only used for a night. We have to go to the counter to activate again.
