Ulasan Minshan Hotel

Saya menikmati perjalanannya, layanannya lumayan. Saya tidak dapat berbicara bahasa Cina tetapi staf dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris yang cukup untuk menyampaikan apa yang mereka butuhkan. Interiornya terlihat modern dan up to date. Tirai gelap bekerja dengan sangat baik dan menutupi semua jendela. Yang terpenting, itu tampak jauh lebih bersih daripada banyak hotel yang pernah saya kunjungi.

Mandi besar. Tempat tidur yang nyaman. Layanan yang membantu. Semuanya bagus seperti yang diharapkan.

The hotel is pretty close to Shenyang station and shopping area. Taiyuan pedestrian shopping street is so liveable and fun during day and night. I booked for a non smoking room but given a smoking room. After requested to change, they were happy to fulfil my request. The manager was so helpful, thank you. They don’t speak English but have no issue in communication. Next morning I’ve met the manager again in the lobby, he told the staff in the breakfast room to help me as well, she especially brought me a plate with knife and fork and showed me to a table, great service, thank you.

The location is really good! It is about 300 meters to the nearest metro station and around a 12 minute walk to Shenyang railway station. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff is also very helpful.

The pictures were were deceiving. The hotel's entrance is in a back lane, dusty and old looking. The breakfast is really they local dong bei breakfast. They provide chopsticks and Chinese spoons only. No fork, spoon & knife. Anyway we skip all hotel breakfast during our stay. The 1st room we were assigned to is so stuffy and hot, TV doesn't work, toilet blind cannot be lowered. We called the front desk and was told the hotel do not have aircon! They managed give us another room that they claim faces North n less warm. I do not recommend this hotel to foreign travelers. It's simply too run down and the noise from the doorway can be so loud and disturbing. Not value for money.

The reception staff seemed nice and friendly The room was dusty , especially someone like me with allergies I can’t stand dusty rooms The breakfast is full Chinese , not really worth it in my opinion But the overall experience was ok

Good hotel. Nice, clean, and central. The bed had a plastic bit jutting out. That scratched and almost cut my leg. That's still apparent, red and tender after 4 days. Called reception. Very helpful apologetic lady came. Brought dressing for wound. Offered to charge rooms. Brought fruit. Brought engineer. They sorted the issue. Then for personal reasons, I needed to leave earlier than 5 days. The hotel refused to refund 3 days. After trip. Com intervention, offered 2 days refund. My stay was 2 nights. So, a mixed feeling review.

excellent room services, easy for transport and shopping. Mouse pad from the hotel when they found I have a laptop with me. So sweet.

Great hotel for this price. Walking distance to SY train station. Would definitely choose it again. Entrance / Lobby is not so obvious to find. But still no issue.

Great location but need refurbishment badly. Stuck in the 80s. Staff were very friendly though

Convenient location The door is the underground We are a local tour group to see the route of Jiuzhaigou The team does not send to the city near the underground entrance Looked around and chose this hotel Surprisingly, the environment is very good, spacious and very comfortable.

great night stay, staff are so friendly and speak good level of English. Rooms are very clean, very spacious and hotel is convenient. Close proximity to the train station and many local foods less than 5 minutes walk. Room provides plenty of space for my partner and has great entertainment options. Restaurant is clean and breakfast is delicious. Will stay here again should I return to the area
